Lemon Pepper Tempeh Was Featured tonight in my salad!

What Can I say, Tempeh is just amazing and I love the Lemon Pepper Flavor !! You can taste the flavor, its not bland at all!!

I know some peeps have siad they didnt like tempeh because it was bland, I recommend trying this!!

I ran errands this morning, I ordered a Cupcake Football Cake for Anthony for Saturday night!!!

All of us parents of the kids on the basketball team are getting together for a victory party and I will be bringing that cake so we can celebrate Anthonys Birthday too!!

Now I have to order his Coldstone Cake for his actual birthday on Monday for home, so we can celebrate with just us 3!!

I had a weird random yogurt mess lunch..................

Vanilla Oikos Yogurt+ Rice Puffs+ Kashi H2H Cereal +FiberOne +  Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly

And I topped it with..............

Apple Berry Vita Muffin yum!!!!!!!!

I did a quick 30 minute elliptical HIIT session this afternoon too!!!

And I have a Body Blast Class tonight !!! Oh my my booty will be killing me and my legs!! THis class is killer!!! Pray for me !!! lol!!

I did just have a snack and forgot to take a pic!!!!!!!!! Wooooooops!!!!!!

It was a Clif Mojo Peanutbutter Pretzel Bar and it was yummy in my tummy!!!!

So peeps I am out, Im going to read some Ok weekly and chill out until class at 7:30,

when i get home I will have a green monster protein smoothie, and LOST will be on!!!!!!

1/3 cup oat bran

1/4 cup egg whites

1 tbsp Bettern PB

1 tbsp Maca

And this morning I made it pretty!!!!!

Fiber One Vanilla Yogurt Frosting

Chia Seeds Sprinkled on

Bearnaked Vanilla Almond Granola

Some Sugar free Maple Crack Syrup!

So good!! I enjoyed every bite with a spoon!!

And now I am trying to figure out where to order a birthday cake for Anthony, he actually is having two, one on his actual bday which is March 22nd, and one this Saturday!!

The one for Saturday I just have to get a big sheet cake, Anthony's team is having a celebration party for winning the championship in basketball, one of the parents is having a get together at her house, so Im bringing a birthday cake there so everyone can celebrate Anthonys Birthday and sing as well as celebrate their victory!!!

Got to just go order a big sheet cake tomorrow!!!

I am off to go clean and can't wait for Mike to get home!!

Sleepy Sunday!

Hello Hello!!!!!

What a sleepy Sunday for me !

It didn't help we lost an  hour of sleep anyways and I was beyond exhausted!!

Last night we went to our neighbors place to watch the

Manny Pacquiao Fight!!!

Was a boring fight I must say but glad Pacquiao won!

We didnt get home til 1 am and I had to get up early for ccd for Anthony, so after I got home from that I ate lunch and passed out for 4 hours! Much needed!!

So enough talking!

Hello Loves!!!!!!!

So if any of you have not seen Alice In Wonderland, it's a must see as I said!!!!!

I mean because Johnny Depp being in it makes it that much more amazing!!!!!!!

SO Yesterday I was a bad blogger with taking photos of my eats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday Started with a breakfast..........

Plain Kefir + sliced half banana+ Strawberries + FiberOne Cereal+ Chia Seeds

Love Kefir and have not had it in a long time, was glad to bring it back in my life!

And Anthony and I went shopping, Gamestop, Toys R US, and TJ Maxx

Anthony got a new Pokemon Game and some football cards

And at TJ Maxx I got 3 goodies........

I am obsessed with ginger chews!!!! Ginger Man can ya hear me!! My birthday is coming up, ginger chews galore for my bday would be amazing!!!!

LUNCH yesterday Woops No pic!!!! TOld ya I was a bad blogger yesterday!

Slept the afternoon away and then Mike came home and we headed out the door for thai dinner and a movie!!!!

Bad Blogger again!! Forgot camera !! No food pics from dinner but I got a tofu dish and it was yum!!!

OH but I did take a pic before we left the house,  and this is why I forgot my camera, was too busy stashing this in my bag.......

Sake!!!! Hey it's a tough economy , gotta save money somewhere!!! Bring your own sake to dinner : ) Sneak it though!

Mike, Anthony, and I just got back from going to the bridal store, I had to try on Bridesmaid dresses for a wedding i am in for my good friend Jamie, she is getting married this fall!!!!

I found one, and just had to get sized, she is ordering the bridesmaid dresses all from the same place back home : )

Mike and I decided it was rushing too much, and financially, and with the family drama still going on, we decided to wait : )

So that is what is going down!!! Can't wait!!!!!!!

It's Almost Chocolate Easter Bunny Time!!!!

Yummmmmmmmm!!!!

When I was little I always was so excited each year to get a chocolate Easter Bunny in my Basket! I would want to eat it all in one day!!! Mom would not let me though!

So now as a mom I pass the tradition and Always get Anthony a Chocolate Easter Bunny!!!

He Loves it!!! This was Easter Last Year!!

Think maybe a bigger one this year!!!
