Little Balls Of Heaven : )

by Healthy Diva on November 6, 2009

Afternoon!!! Hope all is well and TGIF!!!!!!!!!
Nice Post Name Right?!! Lol!
I am so happy its the weekend for so many reasons!!!
- Mike is off on the weekend : )
- Anthony is off on weekends from school, more time to torture mom! lol
- we rented out the movie theater at our complex for tom nite and are going to watch Year One, hope it’s good, Mike just bought it for me on DVD, none of us have seen it yet!
- going to get yummy chinese tomorrow before we watch the movie : )
-Saturdays are my cheat day!! I can eat whatever I want ! Love my cheat day Saturday!!
Those are some reasons I am happy it’s the weekend!!!!!!!
I am so happy today because I got my baking done for the church festival ! I just dropped these babies off before I picked Anthony up at school
They look yummy, all packed up!
I made these ones today, added some candy corn for decoration!
Yay for getting that done, and yay for my breakfast parfait this morning that had me full until 1 pm!
The glass got steamy because I added a little warm oatmeal : )
In this was:
Kashi Honey Sunshine + Honey Wheats+ Honey Chobani Yogurt + Oats + Bearnaked Vanilla Almond Granola on top!
Was very filling and steamy : )
Lunch today…
Boca Chix Patty on a Arnold Thin with Tomato Pepper Hummus
and a honeycrisp apple!
Let me just tell you about my little moment in heaven I just had : )
Better yet let me show you …..
This is going to be a new fave : )
I have been seeing so many cool recipes for little yummy things of heaven like this on blogs, like  Chocolate-Covered Katie’s Blog and her fudge Babies and the whole baby clan she has going : )
I love that girl, she has the best recipes, and she is a beautiful girl inside and out!
So I decided to make my own little creation and thats where that came from!
I used these ingredients below,  to make what I call Maple Peanutbutter Pumpkin Balls!!
2 tablespoons of pumpkin
a handful of Natures Path Crunchy Maple Sunrise
a squeeze pack of Justins Maple Almond Butter
Some Pumpkin Spice
Cinnamon
little bit of sugar free maple syrup
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and make sure you mash it good so the cereal gets crunched up!
Then form into rounds and put those little guys in the freezer for about an hour or two if you want and eat them up!!!!
Was amazing!!!!! I am so glad I made these!!!
So simple and easy and a good way to use up my pumpkin I have still leftover !!
If you make them,  let me know if you like them!!!!!
I hope everyone enjoyed my sharing of my little heaven today : )
And most importantly I hope all of you have a gread weekend!!! Everyone at the FoodBuzz Festival in Sanfran ( lucky ducks ) have a great time there and have some wine for me!!!
Muahzzzzz!!!!!
