I hope everyone is having a great Sunday, not just any SUNDAY, Superbowl Sunday!!!!
We are watching the game right now as I post this, but I am watching for the commercials!!
THe Dorito Commercial That was just on with the little boy was too funny!!!!
Mike is watching the game because he is in a Superbowl Poll and Anthony is watching because he just loves football!!
So that is what is going down in our little love nest : )
We are still snowed in , but I think I will be able to venture out tomorrow, I have to get my secret blogger valentine gift mailed out!!!
The goods are ready to go in this bag, and no I did not get my secret Valentine 3 for 25 thongs! lol! I will leave that up to their lover to do!!! Just using the bag to carry the stuff in!
I will be shipping that out tomorrow!!
Today we bummed around : ) Mike and I did go tot he gym to get a workout in! I was happy to get out!

I enjoyed some yummy lunch yesterday, snack plate......
Veggies + Tribe Hummus + Glennys Soy Crisps Barbeque + Gala Organic Apple

Glenny's Soy Crisps Barb-B-Que Flavor is pretty much my favorite flavor of these!!
I love the apple cinnamon too, but these are bomb! Just like Barbeque Potato Chips but healthier !
10/10 all the way!!!!!
Good use for these besides poppin them in yo mouth....
- crumble into a salad for a healthier crouton
- dip in some hummus
-crumble in some cottage cheese
And dinner last night.....
grilled up some tofu ........
Seasoned with..........
Bragg Liquid Aminos Spray and Cumin : )
Then threw it in a veggie loving bowl with Butternut Squash and veggies mix underneath!
I used Annies Honey Mustard Dressing on top : )
And Dessert was.............
Rice Dream Mint Carob Chip

This Combo was so yummy!!! I heat up the brownie to make it nice and warm : )

Rice Dream Mint Carob Chip was just ok, I dont know it just had a weird aftertaste to it !
I give it a 7/10
The brownie vitatop mixed in saved it for real!

Eggwhites+ LC Swiss Cheese +Spinach in a LaTortilla Wrap
And now Im thinking what Im going to eat for dinner while sipping some green tea!!!
Hmmmm maybe some more tofu with veggies, who knows!

I really believe in ' Killing with Kindness '
I live by this, when someone has said something mean, done something mean, etc.... I just be my sweet self that I am and hope it wears off on them , if not it's ok, I feel better just knowing I am the bigger person : )
Reason I say this, I have seen alot of fellow bloggers getting rude or hurtful comments, and just wanted to share how I deal with it! I love all of you, don't let those Anonymous , which thats what they usually are, comments bother you!!

The cookbook. What are your goals? Entrees? Desserts? Raw-ish or just vegan? ED &BV is a good book BUT 95% of it is cooked, most use gluten flours,i.e. spelt or wheat AND She uses a ton of soy. None of which is really that good for me (or anyone!) but i digress. So i have it but dont use it too much.
Currently I am loving My Sweet Vegan for desserts and Ani Phyo's dessert book is AMAZING. So easy,all vegan all raw. And Ani's cookbook is great too. Sarma's books are beautiful but too complicated for day to day eating. I also love Go Dairy Free b/c of great recipes and tips, too. She's a friend of mine.

i agree, im pretty hard to make me angry and stay polite about 99% of the time ; ) but i get upset when i see other people getting picked on, im counting my lucky stars i havent seen any negative comments come through on my blog.. i hope i never get any- because i will hunt them down!!!!!!!! hahaha.. jk
