I did get out of bed to eat this Monster Breakfast Cookie….
Prepared this Monster Cookie Last Night
1/3 cup oat bran
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tbsp Bettern PB
1 tbsp Maca
And this morning I made it pretty!!!!!
Fiber One Vanilla Yogurt Frosting
Chia Seeds Sprinkled on
Bearnaked Vanilla Almond Granola
Some Sugar free Maple Crack Syrup!
So good!! I enjoyed every bite with a spoon!!

I picked Anthony up from school a little bit ago and on the way home grabbed some DD for a pick me up!!

a Kashi Dark Mocha Almond Bar ( my fave)
And now I am trying to figure out where to order a birthday cake for Anthony, he actually is having two, one on his actual bday which is March 22nd, and one this Saturday!!
The one for Saturday I just have to get a big sheet cake, Anthony’s team is having a celebration party for winning the championship in basketball, one of the parents is having a get together at her house, so Im bringing a birthday cake there so everyone can celebrate Anthonys Birthday and sing as well as celebrate their victory!!!
Got to just go order a big sheet cake tomorrow!!!
I am off to go clean and can’t wait for Mike to get home!!

Mondays are difficult for me too. I think it's common, especially if you really sleep in on the weekends. I try to wake up early on the weekends so I am not behind by Monday. It helps!

I had a bit of a Monday slump today also! I didn't feel like going to Yoga today so I took the day off : )
I've been to Webster Hall before! It's right across the street from one of the NYU dorms. That pic is too funny! Anthony is a lucky guy to be getting 2 cakes! I took a nap today too, don't feel guilty

my boy had a blast on his cruise-im just glad he is back in one peice! i cannot BELIEVE he turns 21 on friday..he doesnt drink (since he has been underage) so it will be PRETTY INTERESTING! haha!

Anthony is so lucky to have such a good mom! Have you tried Costco or other club stores? They usually have great sheet cakes. For the other cake, how about ice cream cake? OK, not my party, I'll stop planning!

aww anthony's bday! i get cakes at BJs WHolesale (not sure if there is one near you…) they use this frosting and filling in the cake that is just to die for .. seriously!
