Happy Friday the 13th!! Hope nobody experiences bad luck today : )
My day has started off great so far with an Overnight Oat Smash!
* One of my overnight oat smashes was featured on http://www.fitsugar.com/ yesterday *
Banana Chocolate Protein Overnight Oat Smash
This was delish!
Will be adding to my Recipe Page!
1/2 cup oats
water
1/2 scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Mashed Banana
Topped with Millet Puffs and Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup !
Now I love to talk about healthy eats of course and today I would like to talk about Yogurt!
Yogurt is really great to have part of a healthy eating plan : )
I like Greek Yogurt the best, and I have to say Oikos and Fage both have great Greek Yogurts!
Ways I like to Use Greek Yogurt in my healthy lifestyle…
* mixed in with my oats , this adds protein to a regular bowl of oats and creamness!
* Plain Greek Yogurt with my own fruit mixed in such as blueberries, strawberries, or bananas
*  Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with some Almond Butter or Peanutbutter for a great snack!
* Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with some dry cereal such as Kashi GoLean , and then some PB added in the mix too!
* Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with some Jelly, Strawberry , Raspberry, or Blueberry Jelly!
* Substitute For Sour Cream
* Greek Yogurt Messes are the best! Combo of yogurt, cereal, fruit, and Peanutbutter or Almond butter!
* Yummy Pancake topping , you can mix the yogurt with some cocoa powder or cacao powder for a chocolate cream topping!
There are so MANY ways to use Greek Yogurt ! I love it, and it fits with My healthy eating Lifestyle! I always just get the Plain Greek Yogurt, because I like to add my own flavors to it, I feel it’s better that way!
* What is your fave way to use Greek Yogurt??!!!!

I have never tried Greek yogurt because I am afraid, but you've inspired me to suck it up. :)

Mmm…Greek yogurt lover here! It took me awhile to get used to the tanginess, ut now I have a hard time eating "regular" yogurt!

I love all your suggestions! It's also good mixed into pancake batter!

I'm pretty sure yesterday was my Friday the 13th … at least I hope so. :-P The oat smash looks amazing as usual. I've actually never had Greek yogurt, but wonderful ideas here. Hope you're having a wonderful Friday.
