Friday and Im feeling Good, got bloobs in my oats!

MORNING!!!!!!! You guys are so wonderful! So glad you enjoyed my VLOG! I will be doing more for sure! Is there any certain Vlog ideas you would like to see?! Let me know! I can do tricks, sing, and dance! lol!

I had a busy night last night, Mike and I actually ended up going to the gym late, so I got home and threw together a Chicken Salad ( yes , Im bringing Chicken Back ) 

Grilled Chicken, Veggies, Spinach, Salsa, and a Laughing Cow Chipotle Cheese Wedge
Lunch was snacky yesterday
Organic Fuji Apple
Soy Protein Crisps ( cheddar Cheeeeeeez! )
Whole Grain Cracker Flats
Salsa and hummus mixed together for dip!
Last night snackage before bed………
Whole Grain Rice Cake Thins with Peanut Flour Paste! YUM!
I went to Target yesterday too and got some cute stuff I told ya I would show you
Dollar Bin Section at Target Rocks my World!
I love Valentines Day because of all the PINK!!
I also got goodies to ship off to Jaclyn for the bloggier swap were doing! She is getting me more peanut flour to feed my obsession , I got her goodies in this bag
Breakfast, Oh Yes, almost forgot, today it was Blooblicious!

Overnight Oatmeal Blueberry Bowl Parfait
Heres How it goes down -
Make your oats per usual, mix in some protein powder with the oats when cooked
( I used Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein )
First layer of the bowl, layer with oats
- Second Layer put some blueberries
- Third layer more Oats
- Fourth Layer Blueberry Syrup ( made with blueberry spread , heated in microwave )
- Top Layer  Add rest of Oats, some syrup around sides and Granola of your choice
Enjoy and be in BLUEBERRY heaven!
