There are really no words for this incredible breakfast I thought up in my head last night, as I was having another sleepless night as always *insomniac* but I was ready to wake up and create this yummy recipe to share with all my other S’more loves out there 😉

S’more Stuffed French Toast
- 2 pieces of bread ( I used Millet and Flax Bread )
- Egg Whites mixed with some stevia in them
- 3 Graham Cracker Sheets
- Ricemellow Creme 0r whatever marshmallow type you want to use, Jet Puff Marshmallow Fluff can work too!
- Chocolate Dip or Spread ( I used Walden Farms )
- Chocolate Syrup
Take the graham crackers and blend them up in a blender until they form crumbs, transfer the crumbs into a bowl, take 2 eggs, or the equivalent of that with egg whites, and put in a bowl, mix with some stevia ( or whatever sweetener you want ) dip the bread in the egg mixture until they are coated, then dip each piece of bread in the bowl of graham cracker crumbs until fully coated, cook them up on a skillet until golden brown, then take the two pieces of bread, and spread marshmallow on one, and chocolate spread on the other, put them together and top with chocolate syrup !
Then Enjoy! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
