Chia { addict }

by Healthy Diva on April 7, 2011

Goooooooooooooood Morning  :-D    Yay for it being almost the weekend! Im extra excited, because I head to PA tomorrow for my Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Party Festivities! I can’t wait

Im glad everyone loved the bachelorette party dress I chose to, it is sexy but classy, and Pink  ;-)

I have been on a serious CHIA loving kick , but Im not complaining, Chia Seeds are the bomb.com  ;-)

Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding  :-D

Sweet and Salty is the best combo ever!

Chia Pudding Yum!

1/2 cup dry oats, Almond Milk, 1 tbsp Cacao Powder, Cocoa Bean Extract, 1/4 cup Peanut Flour, Frozen strawberries and naners on the bottom

Topped with Protein Frosting ( I used a little peanut flour for it, instead of protein powder ) and Spelt Pretzels!

I love a filling breakfast bowl , and chia seeds make that happen for me  :-D

Last night I posted a pic of a amazing combo I had , wanted to explain what it was  ;-)

It was a Whole Grain Brown Rice Cake topped with Vanilla Protein Frosting and Dried Cinnamon Fuji Apple crisps!

So good! Yum!

Has anyone tried protein frosting ? Its awesome! The one above is just SunWarrior Vanilla Protein Powder mixed with water and I added cinnamon to it too! Sometimes Maple Syrup, or sometimes just the powder and water! Its AMAZING!

I have to go kick start the day

- workout

- tanning

- wedding to do’s

- packing

- get some more stuff for GIVEAWAY!

be back later  ;-)

Katie xoxo

YAY for chia seeds and YAY for it almost being the weekend! Although, your weekend sounds way more exciting than mine! Every time I see your frosting I think to myself “I’m totally putting that on whatever I eat tomorrow morning” but I’ve never actually followed through with that thought, tomorrow I will officially remedy that!

These puddings you’ve been making look divine! Putting berries on the bottom reminds me of those fruit on the bottom yogurt cups.

Have fun at your bridal shower and bachelorette parties!
