Mike & his blackhawks, he needs to jump on the blues bandwagon!!

I prefer cardio most of the time, but I still force myself to strength train 2-3 times a week because it is the best for weight loss and looking buff! ;-)

I love lifting! =) I go super heavy, using weights that force me to hit momentary failure after 6-8 reps and I do a 5-day split. I do cardio 1-3x a week depending on my schedule =)

I do cardio more often but I like the benefits of strength training more than the benefits of cardio — make sense?

I can’t wait for my marathon to be over so I can dedicate more time to strength training.

Ooh big Cancucks fan, last night was amazing! Must give Crawford credit where credit is due though.
Cardio is my favorite by far. I do lift weights, however I find it isn’t the same challenge for me as cardio is.

Strong IS sexy…you’re right. I’m heading over to the gym to meet my hubby in a bit. We have friends who are starting an athletic institute, so I just kinda let them know which parts I wanna work and they give me some things to do! haha

Strong is definitely sexy!! I used to be a little afraid of my muscles, but not anymore — I love ‘em because they keep me strong and healthy!

My favorite strength training routine is definitely body pump, but I don’t have a BP class where I currently live. But…I may be moving soon…and there’s a gym nearby with BP!!! SO excited.

Other notes: You are SO cute with your stuffed animals – LOL! And that pumpkiny goodness looks amazing! I’m waiting for a few months before reintroducing pumpkin into my brekkies, but only because I went WAY overboard with pumpkin EVERYTHING from like Sept-January. Lol.

Have a wonderful day, Katie!! xo
