Pumpkin Pie { bowl }

by Healthy Diva on April 21, 2011

Morning! Happy Thursday  It’s almost the weekend! Can you taste it ?  :-D

Anthony’s School Play was awesome last night! The kids really worked hard and it showed! I love The Wizard of Oz so I really enjoyed it!

Loved how awesome the Munchkins looked!!! The costumes and make up were great!

Anthony Played a Guard, you can see the costumes kind of, It was not great lighting!

Anthony had to wear eyeliner and powder, he was not loving that , lol

You can see here in the pic how he has eyeliner, he looks like a rocker! ha! Mike and I were so proud of him and the 5th grade! We really enjoyed the play!

This morning, after still trying to remove the eyeliner from Anthony’s eyes, I had a AMAZING breakfast Bowl waiting

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oat Bowl!   Oh yes , it was as good as it looks  ;-)

I had a can of pumpkin to use that I found hiding in the pantry

For the bottom of the bowl, I mixed 1/2 cup of pumpkin with 1/2 scoop of SunWarrior Protein Powder and put in bottom of bowl

For oats, I cooked 1/2 cup oats with some almond breeze vanilla ( about 1 cup ) and added 2 tbsp chia seeds after oats cooked

For the topping I mixed Walden Farms Caramel Dip and a little SunWarrior for protein frosting!

Cinnamon Almond Cookie Bites were on top too! I crushed some and sprinkled them on top for crunch!

I added MORE Vanilla Almond Milk on top too and mixed it all up!

* adding more milk is the BEST thing ever! try it!

I feel Like I just rambled on and on about Breakfast! lol! It was amazing! I love pumpkin all year long!

I have a question for you loves! What would you like to see MORE of on my blog? I would love to hear from you! I know fashion is one! I will post my fashion from last night this afternoon for you peeps!

I’m glad the play went well! I love The Wizard of Oz too. Poor Anthony with having to wear makeup!

I like pumpkin year round too — although I tend to eat lots of it in the fall.

Anthony looks adorable! You two looked like you had a good time. And what a great breakfast. I have a can of pumpkin at home but I’ve just been on this nanner craze lately. I gotta start mixing my protein powder with WF caramel dip! I always forget :(

The Wizard of Oz play looks like it was adorable!! I love watching kids act–so cute! And Anthony was definitely rocking that makeup! Real men know how to wear their makeup when necessary, right? :-p

I spotted Walden Farms caramel dip at a little independent grocery store yesterday and almost bought it! I think I need to go baack and snag a jar so that I can make protein frosting.

Pumpkin pie bowl = YUM!! Love it! xoxoxo
