Smoothie Yum and Gym Wear

Afternoon! How is everyone’s day going  :-D

Mine is great! I booked the place where I am having my Rehearsal Dinner and got some other wedding stuff done!

I hit up the gym for some 15 min cardio and then strength training   ;-)

 

I figured it would be fun to show you my Gym Wear  :mrgreen:

 

I really LOVE the Lululemon Scoop Neck Tanks! They are awesome! I have a few of those, they are my fave! I also like to wear a jacket, especially on a colder day  ;-)

* I do not wear makeup or care what I look like going to the gym,  Im there to get my workout on, not impress peeps!

 

I wore my custom shocks today , I love these, so comfy !

 

Representing  :mrgreen:  My nickname and favorite number!

* Mike got me these for christmas, he customized them on Nike ID, color and all!

 

My favorite gloves, got these at target, I love them, no complaints!

 

Ipod needed for rocking out! This is Mike’s Ipod, mine got washed with the laundry  8-O woops! Im hoping to get a new one, mine was PINK and I loved it!

I also am wearing wunder unders too! love those! Once you go wunder under, you never go back  ;-)

 

I came home and made one of the BEST Smoothies I have had in a long time!

 

It involved FRESH strawberries! LOVE!

 

Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie with a side of sunshine  :mrgreen:

This smoothie  contained -

1 scoop of sunwarrior vanilla protein powder

1 cup of Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk

1 tbsp Cacao Powder

Lots of ice!

Stevia

Fresh Strawberries!

Pinch of xanathan gum

Topped with some amazing granola  ;-)

 

Love Grown Cocoa Goodness Granola! The chocolate chips in here, ahhhhh love it!

Those Nike Shox are adorable!!! I have a pair that are pink and black. Love them. Super cute gym attire ;) and even better pwo shake. Strawberry choco combo is the best especially with granola!!

This is my latest smoothie obsession.
Chocolate Banana Strawberry Smoothie (in a bowl)

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 TBSP chia seeds
2 TBSP chocolate protein powder
a squirt of agave syrup for sweetness
1 frozen banana
~ 7 frozen whole strawberries
~ 5 ice cubes

Lululemon clothes look fantastic – wish I had the spare cash to get some pieces! I don’t understand why anyone would wear make-up to the gym. It would just get all sweaty, claggy, and disgusting…

oh wow Katie, I love love love the scoop neck in pink!! Is it still in the stores? I have lots of scoop necks but I don’t have a pink yet, I just have the darker pink one, think it’s the berry color. Do the gloves make a difference? I have a few small calluses on my palms, not really noticeable but I can feel them. Have a great day, woohoo it’s nearly your birthday!!!

Hi love!!!!! Actually its a purple color not pink!! I got it in February , and yes scoop necks are the best!!! I think the gloves help a lot! I cant lift with out them! Yes it’s almost my birthday!!!!!!!!! Im excited!! xoxo <3

Cute workout clothes! And your smoothie looks delish! I have that same Starbucks tumbler and I like using it for my smoothies, too. I’ve been adding teraswhey dark chocolate whey powder to my smoothies, and that’s been great. I also always have a scoop of peanut butter on top, instead of mixed in, because I like the textures to not be totally blended. And I’m just weird like that. ;-)

Hey Crys!

I take it 3 times a day, one before Breakfast, lunch , and dinner!

But read the direction on dosage, some might be different! Mine is 3 a day!

As far as results, I really don’t know, I really credit my figure to clean eating 80% of the time and to exercise! So hard to say! I hope I helped you!!! xoxo
