About that coconut coffee..

by Healthy Diva on May 24, 2011

Morning! Remember the Almond Coconut Coffee I bought yesterday? Yeah it is AMAZING! Had to give a update, and I also think I might have to get another bag  ;-)

You know I never share dinner, it’s because it’s been pretty boring and un picture worthy lately, dinner is my least inspired meal, maybe after the wedding that will change!

I love these flavored Boca Burgers, I end up throwing one in a salad many nights, yup Im a salad monster!

I throw it in a salad with spinach, veggies, and I crush whole grain cracker crisps for a crouton like topping too!

See this is why I rarely share dinner , not too exciting  ;-)

I always share breakfast, my favorite meal of the day!!!!

I mixed some of this in my overnight oats I had prepared last night, what a yummy addition it made!

Butterscotch  Apple Overnight Oats!

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • stevia
  • 1/2 scoop sunwarrior mixed in oats
  • topped with dried apple crisps and other half scoop of sunwarriror protein powder ( powder was mixed with water )

Love the addition of the butterscotch in this!!

I was needing a new pair of sneakers, and I decided to customize some , Mike customized these ones for me as a gift for christmas…

My nickname and favorite number! He chose my favorite colors too!

I will show you guys my sneaks I designed when they come in, it takes 4 weeks  8-O

{ Diva Move of the Day }

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

( go back down, and repeat back up again )

I love doing these, I actually incorporated it in my workout yesterday, I am sore!

What is a favorite strength training move you are loving lately?

Im off to go tan, errands, and then gym!

Be back soon, Giveaway TIME it will BE!

Katie xoxo

Alright, I’m on a quest to find coconut flavored coffee now. And love the color of your nails ;)

I’m not sure if it counts as a strength training move, but I’ve been loving burpees lately. Apparently I’m a glutton for punishment, because they whoop my butt.

Love it when I find an amazing coffee flavor… lets me save a little money instead of spending it all at Starbucks. ;)

Hooray for new shoes! I used to LOVE Nike, but unfortunately haven’t been able to find a pair that fits me well after my surgeries. Miss them SO much! Can’t wait to see your design!

My meals aren’t usually too exciting — but they taste good so that is all I care about!

Favorite strength training move — I love squats and pushups. I feel like I can get a pretty good workout with just those 2 moves.

Push ups are so great, I try to do some every day!

Yes taste is all that matters for sure!

Hehe I love your nickname — Snuggs! Cute :)

Fave lift would probably be HEAVY (4-6 reps) straight-legged deadlifts right now. Such a good booty builder!

Shoulder presses are awesome. I combine them with lunges or squats for a compound exercise that kicks butt.

Reply

32 Katie May 24, 2011 at 11:04 am

I combined mine with reverse lunges! Yes great move!

mm! i love adding jello mix. I recently added the french vanilla mix to banana soft serve- oh my GOODNESS, it was like, vanilla frosting flavored “ice cream”!! seriously, if you ever make banana soft serve, you gotta add some of the jello mix to it!! :)

Reply

34 Katie May 24, 2011 at 11:05 am

You know, I have never made banana softserve! Gasp! I know it is amazing, just never made it! It sounds good the way you added the jello in it!

I hope your day is great girl! xoxo

What a great idea with the Jello pudding!!! I’ve had a sugar free vanilla box for a long time, I hope it’s not expired lol
