Hey Hey Hey! Hope everyone had a fabulous Monday! Glad everyone enjoyed Motivational Monday! I hope some new readers submit for next week!
I had a fabulous favorite today , Zen Green tea from Starbucks , Love this! I also love it iced , but today was a hot tea day
I was at Target today, had to stock up on Gummy Vitamins!
I got my gummy vitamins, New Fruit Punch Icebreakers, Sonia Kashuk Concealer ( new to me ) and a pretty blue nail color !
Im thinking of for my something blue on my wedding day, to paint my nails blue , and add some little gems too maybe , not sure 
I had some grilled chicken on top of a yummy salad base with veggies for dinner ! I can never get sick of salads!
Had my favorite dressing on top too, Annie’s Lite Honey Mustard! The best!
I was feeling something sweet for a little sugar fix after dinner and I knew just what to have
I was lucky to get some yummy Darrell Lea Liquorice to try!
I tried the Mango and it was so yummy! I got my sugar fix for sure! I can not wait to try the other flavors, I did not want to open all the bags at once 
The black flavor I will NOT be trying, I just have never liked this flavor 
Anybody like it? I can send it to you!

- 5 minutes forward on incline of 17 on elliptical resistance 6
- 5 minutes backward incline 17 resistance 6
- 5 minute forward incline 17 resistance 7
- 5 minute backward incline 17 resistance 7
- 5 minutes forward incline 17 resistance 6
- 5 minutes backward incline 17 resistance 6
- 5 minutes cool down incline 5 resistance 3
Make sure you stretch before and after as well!!

I am not a fan of black licorice either!! I know it’s the best one for you, but me and it just don’t agree!! I had a nice long run today and now I’m tired and wanna eat all night! HA!
