Good Morning Friends! Happy Thursday! Tomorrow is Friday and a 3 day weekend for most people! We will be heading off to Wisconsin tomorrow to see Mike’s family and have my Bridal Shower with them! Im very excited!
For breakfast I made a overnight parfait style oatmeal
I layered oats, chocolate protein frosting, and berries!
it was delish! I like eating it parfait style 
My berry parfait contained -
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop of SunWarrior Chocolate Protein Powder
- Walden Farms Chocolate dip mixed with some protein powder ( frosting )
- Frozen berries
- stevia
When my gram got sick last year, she knew she was not going to be around long, my gram had so many pictures of me, my mom, and sisters from all the years, and I remember always asking her if I could have some, and she always said, when she passes we would all get them.
My gram passed in October, and having those photos to share and look through with my sisters made me feel a little better, just seeing memories that will last forever through the photos, meant so much
I was home last week, and looked through them again, I think taking pics is SO important, its something you will pass down forever, photos are a treasured keepsake to me

Halloween when I was 5, I was supposed to be Madonna, lol! My sisters Jennifer and Melissa!

I was the baby in my moms first marriage, she got re-married and had my other 2 sisters Angie and Gina!
Look at my hot afro Im rocking! See those bird legs I have? Still have them! lol!
Me, My mom, Jennifer, and Melissa! Im cheesing it as always! But my sister Jennifer in the middle steals the award for biggest cheese! lol
Here is a picture of my mommy, on the right! She was such a stunner! They used to call my mom ”hot legs” too, she was a heartbreaker!
Its fun to look at old photos, I will treasure my photos from my gram, and I know Anthony will treasure all the ones I have of him growing up one day !

Those are great pictures and I agree…I love looking at old memories. They bring joy, laughter and bring people closer together! I’m glad now we have pictures available more techy (developing was a pain in the butt haha)…so yes, we should ALL take plenty of pictures for everything we do!!!

Those are some great photos. My Grammy recently passed as well and we went through all of our childhood photos. It was nice to look back but sad to think of the future without her here.
