Pink PB Oats and { Abs }

Good Morning ! Happy third day of May !

 

I still am in shock that it’s May, especially because the weather is not feeling like it ! I hope it gets warm soon! I want to wear sundresses and sandals again!

Anthony wants to lay by the pool again too !

 

Haha! He rocks!

 

Breakfast rocks too when it’s PINK!

 

 

Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats !

Amazing and pink as you can see  ;-)

 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Peanut Flour Paste
  • Strawberry Extract

 

I layered Peanut Flour Paste on the bottom and then layered it on the top! LOVED doing it that way!

 

Pink love on a spoon , Loved this combo!

 

When I saw this new Better ‘ n  PB flavor, I was thinking it would of been awesome to go with my breakfast oats too!

 

Banana Flavored Better’n Peanut Butter, looks really good! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my real Peanut Butter , but this is always yummy too! At least in my opinion

 

Want a GOOD Ab Workout ?

I have one to share with you!

You can do these exercises one time through and pair it with some other strength training

or

You can do each set 3 times through with about a minute rest between each set!

FAB ABS Routine!

- Stability Ball Weighted Crunch 12-15 reps per set

- Standing Torso Crunch 12 – 15 each side

- Seated Medicine Ball Twist 12- 15 reps per set

- Weight Plate Decline Bench Crunch 12-15 reps per set

- Diagonal medicine Ball woodchop ( my fave ) 10 -12 each side   * this is so good for love handles !

Thanks for the ab workout! I get so stuck in my ab routine and this looks like it will definitely work me differently.

What kind of peanut flour do you buy? I hear people rave about TJ’s but they didn’t have any when I was there last.

Thanks for the ab exercises!! I’ve been trying to focus a little more on mine lately. I’m hoping that full-body strength training will make me leaner in general, but my abs are always my favorite place to work out!!

I’ve never tried peanut flour but I thought I read on Love, Veggies, & Yoga that it was being discontinued at Trader Joe’s..? I’ve been wanting to try it.

I’ve been rocking the overnight oats since I started reading your blog a few weeks ago… I don’t know if I can go back to hot oatmeal. Have a great day!

Strawberries!!!! I can’t wait to eat some fresh ones when I get back to California. I think I’ll add some to some overnight oats like you did. I can’t wait for warmer weather either!! :)

I love a pink breakfast!! Strawberries and nanners make for awesome overnight oats. I’ve never tried peanut flour paste before, definitely interesting. Awesome ab routine, I do wood choppers but with the cable not medicine ball. Definitely good for the core :D
