Good Morning! Back to work after a long 3 day weekend for most I know , Mike is back to work today, BUT , it will be a short week!
Back to yummy oats at home for me, which I love!
I had a pumpkin caramel overnight protein oatmeal bowl
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- SunWarrior Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseeds
- pumpkin pie spice
- cinnamon
- Topped with Caramel Protein Frosting and Kays Naturals Cinnamon Almond bites (crushed)
LOVE me some PUMPKIN!
I also LOVED our gifts we got from the shower on Sunday at Mike’s Moms!
It was a small shower, Mike has a very small family, but it was so special!

We got some wonderful stuff! We have SO many things now for our kitchen! Between this bridal shower, my one in PA, and just gifts being sent to the house, we have a ton!

It was so nice to spend time with Mike’s family, we looked at old photos too from Mike’s moms wedding!

Here is a newspaper wedding announcement from when Mike’s mom and Dad got married, it was really cool to see all the photos! Mike’s dad passed away tragically when he was 8 years old 
We had a wonderful weekend! I am glad I got to share with all of you ALL the stuff that has been going on, leading up to my big day! I will be sad when its over!

Yes it was yogurt and some other stuff! I dont know exactly all ! Mike’ best man’s mom made it and brought it!
