I love mango salsa on fish tacos so these look delicious to me!

I do love mango but I usually have it frozen — I don’t think I’ve ever bought a fresh one before.

Heck yeah I’m a mango lover!! I don’t eat tuna anymore but maybe I should try it with some tempeh! Or tofu!!

Once things calm down for you we’ve gotta think about doing a sushi and sake night!

I do love mango, but I haven’t always. I used to NOT like them because they was too sweet for me – oh how things have changed over the years (does this mean my sweet tooth is increasing?! haha)

I LOVE mango, me me! *waving hand frantically*

I grew up spending summers in Hawaii (my dad is from there) and we’d have a mango or a papaya for breakfast each morning… perfect. I made a mango salsa recently and we had it with grilled cod tacos… Mmm!

Am I a mango lover?! Am I ever! When I lived in Mexico for a semester, I ate mangos for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks every day. Seriously. But believe me when I say you CAN have too much mango! (If you know what I mean!) :-p

These bites look so yummy! Love the fruit/fish combination! xoxo
