Morning! Thanks for the sweet comments on Mike and I applying for our marriage license and my wedding band! Im excited to get wedding band # 2 , so I can see how they all look together !
It’s Tuesday, I have no FUN or Interesting things to post, so how about That’s the truth ?
My oats were purple this morning 
food coloring fun!
I made some Berry Oats and wanted the color to be fun!
I used this protein powder , Biochem Acai and Whey , it is good! I have had it, just have not used it in forever, I like it in oats best!
Chocolate Berry Overnight Oats!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water ( added almond milk in the morning to make it creamier too )
- 1/2 scoop of Acia and whey protein powder
- stevia
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- frozen berries
Berrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry good! Thats the truth!

I have a TON of wedding stuff to do today , I leave Friday to go to PA , to get ready for the wedding! My head is spinning and thats the truth!

| Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold a med ball or dumbbell. Squat as low as you can (knees behind toes and abs contracted) and touch the ball to the floor. One truth for me? I secretly love waking up at 5 AM. It makes the day seem so much longer and more productive… even if I do feel like a granny for going to bed at 10

Oh that travel mug is cool! I love it.
Always miss HLS because they always have it at the same time or the week before/after another biz conference I go to twice a year in Atlanta so it hasn’t worked out yet. Next year I plan on going to FitBloggin though. And next month I’ll be attending Savvy Blogging Summit.
