Protein Cookie recipe and { giveaway }

by Healthy Diva on July 13, 2011

Afternoon loves! Im so glad you guys enjoyed the Maui Day 3 recap, I enjoy looking at the pics again as well, and wishing I was still there , and looking at a wedding pic and missing my wedding too  ;-)

I miss that day, was so beautiful, but I remember it all , and have beautiful memories forever

( can’t wait for the professional photos to come )

Today I have a recipe to share, its the same one basically as my last protein cookie recipe, but this one was 10 TIMES better!

These were made with carob chips, and wow, these were much yummier !

Mike inhaled 3 right away, and he agreed, so now I have to make more  ;-)

Recipe for these is same as one here , but just add chocolate chips or carob chips instead of raspberries!

These cookies included a very important ingredient that I love, and that is NuNaturals Stevia!

So since I want you to make these cookies and to have them taste the BEST way as possible, I am doing a NuNaturals Giveaway  :mrgreen:

Hi!
I love your blog! You are so pretty! And the knockers incident was too funny! haha! I actually am really flat, and I wanted to get implants next month. your bust looks pretty natural, but I’m just a bit curious. Did you get any enhancements done? I have a friend who got a bit of work done – it looks full but totally natural, and I would really love to get that! I like how women get work done to look natural – not like that Heidi Montag freakshow!

I have been “clean” baking for some time now but haven’t gotten into stevia! I know, I know! I guess I’m a late-adopter when it comes to new things. :) But I would definitely try using stevia in some of my favorite baking recipes in order to cut out the sugar completely. For instance, my vegan coconut scones use coconut flour for sweetness but still need a bit of that extra kick from a 1/4 cup of sugar. I’d start with that recipe to see if I could omit the sugar altogether!

I am new to Stevia, but I use it in everything now, my coffee, tea, oats, homemade protein cookies, bars, etc. However, I really am wanting my family to get away from sugar, and join me on a healthier eating lifestyle. Especially teaching my daughters, 11 and 13. I hope it is not too late for them. But, I am sure I still have time. (Beautiful wedding pics, GORGEOUS)
Thanks, Missy
