What went down { wednesday }

It was a busy day for me, running errands and such busy, had to go to Wal-Mart for groceries and then the Natural Food Co-Op for my groceries, I do get some of my stuff at wal-mart

Like this at wal-mart, see I do find some good stuff for me there  ;-) and for a 2 year old toddler if anyone has one , but we don’t so I get these all to myself, sweeeeeeeeeeeet

I was hungry for cereal for lunch, so It was a cereal lunch day

Trio of Cereal Bowl

Fiber One, Millet Puffs, and Kamut Puffs

Raspberries and carob chips as well  ;-)

ALmond Milk for liquid and stevia to sweeten

I love a good bowl of cereal and I love mixing cereal , Im a cereal mix-a-lot girl

Mike wanted me to wait for him to go to the gym, so we went when he got home around 5

 

and he stole the last clif mountain mix mojo bar for a pre-workout snack  :cry:

He is lucky I had a Think Thin Chocolate Espresso bar for a snack in the afternoon,  and had it around 4, I like this flavor, it was good, but the creamy peanut butter is my fave  :-D

Im still mad at him though, I have to go replenish our mojo stash again tomorrow I suppose , we can’t live without Mojo’s in our house! Its a must have, I actually got Mike hooked on them when we first started dating, I always had them in my house, and I told him to try one I believe the first month we were dating

He LOVED it, and then I realized, OH NO, what have I done, He is going to steal all my bars! He actually did eat the last one this one time, and I was so MAD, haha!

Mike used to come stay  over  3 days a week when we first started dating, once during the week and then weekends, and it was one day during the week, when I left already for work, and he snagged my last one before he left that morning after me, and i came home to have one, and Gone! lol!

He learned his lesson, and I used to actually hide some in a secret stash too, I was greedy! hehehe!

Anyways, I just wrote a book on a clif mojo bar, lol! That is love folks  ;-)

Gym time with the coolest sneaks ever, and I BET nobody has these, or if  someone does, they are  stealing my identity I suppose  :-x

Wore my favorite crops that do wonders for my booty and one of my favorite Lululemon tees , it soaks up the sweat!

I did   cardio on the elliptical

Felt good! I like to do cardio 2 -3 days a week, at least thats how it has been lately, things change, could be more or less, or might be none, I just go with the flow  :-D

Salad Beast for dinner

Veggies, Spinach Salad Mix, Salt Free Cottage Cheese, and Hummus!

I am full  8-O

Lots of veggies make me full, but in a hour I will be hungry again for a snack, perhaps popcorn?

Fave night time snack is something crunchy.. carrots if I’m feeling healthy.. or pretzels make a good one too

Your cereal looks soooo good!! My favorite bedtime snack is cottage cheese with cinnamon.My favorite protein bar is Luna Peanut butter cookie…yours sneakers are so cute!!!

Haha! I had to laugh at your Mojo bar rant – I went through the same thing with my parents… I got them hooked on my chocolate chip cookie dough balls and now they ninja them all the time! I walk into the kitchen to grab one as a snack and find that they’re all gone! Good thing they only take like 5 minutes to whip up… but 5 minutes is too long when I’m hungry! As for my favorite night time snack, I’m eating it right now :D A bowl of oat bran with Greek yogurt, flax, maple syrup, and almond butter.

Fave protein bar is the Luna protein cookie dough or peanut butter chocolate…yummm, but in all honesty I barely ever eat protein bars- i just go straight for the meattttt

i love the personalized shoes – so cute! and my favorite protein bar is….damn it, i have a lot lol. hmmm…i like the balance bar lemon meringue crunch (SO good, you should try it), Luna chocolate raspberry bar and Clif banana bread bar. perfect afternoon pick me up!

Does Mike like coconut? Because Clif just came out with a NEW Mojo flavor! Dum dum dum…Get ready for this….

Chocolate Almond Coconut!! I am super bummed Mojo’s contain pretzels because they used to be my favorite bars! So you’ll have to let me know how you like them once you get your hands on a stash!

You know I LOVE your shoes! Maybe someday my prince charming will order me a pair. :-p

Favorite nighttime snack: you already know! I’m a little OCD about it.
Favorite protein bar: I’ve recently gotten hooked on Balance Bare Sweet and Salty bars…14 g. of protein and super yum!

Oh girl you KNOW we know whats going down with Clif Mojo, its a staple in our house, yes and did you know they also have a WHite Chocolate Macadamia Mojo that is new too?!! I thought of you!!!! Boo about no pretzels though : p Clif actually has new flavors of the mojo dipped and Clif Bar crunch too ! Im excited to get my hands on all the new flavors!!

Love you and you just need to order some shoes! U could put fro yo lover on them!! ha!!!

That must be the coolest sneakers ever!! I love them!
Favorit night snack.. hmm.. Must be chocolate I guess :) Its my all time favorit! The chocolate tart I had last night is the best thing I know, but i dont have it too often :( (

My favourite night time snack is dry cereal or popcorn. I have lots of different types of cereal so one of them will always appeal :)

YAY for cereal!! I’m the biggest cereal eater ever in the blogging world <3 My breakfast and nighttime snack every single day without fail! :)
And WOW I'm SO jealous of your shoes!! I soooo want some like that and love love love the color too!!
Hahaa loved your rant about your Mojo bar!! I make sure I keep my stash secretly away from anyone…ALL mine :)

Thanks girl! I designed them on Nike ID online! U can design other pairs too, lots of colors! Its really cool ; ) Cereal rocks! Im actually eating a bowl now for breakfast instead of oats today!

Favorite snack:
Popcorn with coconut oil spray, nooch, cinnamon and stevia or some dark chocolate
Favorite protein bar:
I usually make my own because I try to keep the sugar low. I prefer to sweeten with fruit or stevia. In a pinch, I love Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe (20g protein/2g sugar/tasty). I want to try the Think Thin Bars, but (some) sugar alcohols can give me undesirable GI symptoms :(
Have you noticed any tummy isssues with these bars?

The Think Thin bars do not give me tummy troubles at all! I was surprised, I like them! : ) I guess it depends xo

Love the shoes! Walmart is actually getting good at carrying organic/healthier products (but no dates!) I found some snap pea snacks the other day. My favorite late night snack lately has been a date with a dab of sunbutter, a ring of bananas and a few carob nibs with some coffee or tea.

I like to end my day with a little something sweet. Right now my fridge is packed with options, but it usually isn’t and at those time I usually go a tablespoon or so of chocolate chips.
