Pizza two ways { night }

by Healthy Diva on August 28, 2011

Hi loves!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on the latest wedding photos I posted this morning! More to come as well!

Last night was a pizza night in our house, and of course like every meal, I cook a meal for me and then a meal for the boys

Last night I made them pizza and me a pizza

Garlic Naan Pizzas with mushroom, cheese, and pepperoni for the boys

Flat Bread Pita Pizza for me

Topped with Annies Barbeque Sauce, Spinach, Veggies, and Salmon!

Was so good! I love making flat bread pita pizza!

I might have to make it again tonight

We ended the night with some yummies I got from Almondina in the mail…..

Mike and I tried the chocolate cherry biscuits, ummmmmm yum!

We loved them, well  I loved them more, Mike thought they were good  ;-)

I got a whole box of different flavors to try, I am excited to try them all! They are a much healthier cookie! The ingredients rock on these, you can see here what these contain !

I think these would make a great addition to coffee as well :-D

Thanks Almondina, I will be enjoying trying them all and finding out which flavor is my favorite!

This morning was a cereal morning, which happens when Im lazy on a Sunday morning

Bran Flakes, Kashi Golean, Almond Milk, and dried blueberries

It was also a Keurig kind of morning

I use my Keurig more on the weekends, during the week I make a big pot of coffee because of Mike needing a travel mug filled up and a coffee cup  to enjoy before he heads to work

I do love my Keurig, Im glad I got one! So many fun coffee, tea, and hot chocolate flavors you can get for it!

 Workout Today   :-D

I did this strength and cardio bursts workout at home !

I also worked out on the Indo Board as well, I wiped out though  8-O

Fell hard on my arm and booty, but I still got back up, you have to be so careful on the board, you can really hurt yourself!

I had Protein Pizza after I was done falling and working out  ;-)

Protein Pita Pizza

Sunwarrior Protein Frosting and some lovegrown granola on top  ;-)

I had a apple as well with it

Oh and if you do not know what a Indo Board is , here is a link to it, and here is a short video of me on it…

Im actually pretty good on it, this was me trying to get down low, Im still practicing that, but I was on it for 20 minutes today just balancing and sliding back and forth

Its a great FULL body workout!

Have you ever seen a Indo Board?

Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday!

Be back tomorrow

Great POST in the morning!

Katie xoxo

I have never even heard of Indo Board I’m so out of the loop. I love the idea of a protein pizza!

I love a good veggie pizza as much as the next blogger, but there will ALWAYS be a soft spot in my heart for mushroom and pepperoni…one of the best pizza combos ever!

I’ve never heard of an Indo board before, but it looks really cool! And I’m sure it’s a killer core workout! I have the worst coordination, so I’d have to strap at least a dozen pillows to all the bony parts of my body before trying it! Haha!

The board looks stella! Not surprised you fell off, I wouldn’t last 2 seconds, 20 mins is amazing! The boys in your life are lucky to have lush looking pizza made for them ;)

I’ve never come across an Indo board, but it looks like a great workout for sure. I love fun things like that, that make you work without actually realizing it… that’s why I dance around the kitchen while I cook my meals ;) Lots of fun, and less chance of falling and ending up on my butt

Hope you’re having a great night, hun! Can’t wait to read tomorrow’s post! xoxo

I love flatbread/tortilla pizzas but I think I forgot about them since I haven’t made one in quite a while…such a good quick dinner meal. I need tortillas!

Nope, never heard of this Indo board thing but I’m pretty sure I want one now. I could use some balance practice haha

Love making flatbread or pita pizzas. So easy and fun. :)

I would love a Keurig. And you actually reminded me I need to make coffee! Thanks!! It would have been a long day otherwise. ;)
