Loving the LOVE on the giveaway lovers!

Thanks for all the entires so far, and can’t wait to pick a winner and get it shipped off! This is the fastest giveaway I have ever done, and with moving it has to be that way!

Late morning I  had a date with my ” fit friends “

Great friends to have for sure  ;-)

I have been randomly making up workouts lately, and I did that again today, its more fun!

Strength and Cardio Burst Workout

* Warm up with some freestyle dancing *

( Britney Spears ” I wanna go ”  , was the freestyle music of the day )

- 3 sets of bicep curls with 15 lb dumbbells ( 20 reps each set )

- 3 sets of 15  dumbbell triceps extensions ( 15 reps each set )

- 40 sidekicks, left and right alternating

- 3 sets of 15 dumbbell hammer curls ( 15 reps each set )

- 3 sets of  12 lb medicine ball squat and press  ( 15 reps each set )

- 40 side to sides, jumping over the purple circle block

- 3 sets of overhead press with resistance band ( 3 sets of 15 )

End with some more freestyle dancing  :-D

*BTW this is one of  my Favorite Sports bra’s ,  great support and comfy!

 Lululemon Flow ‘Y’ Bra

Making up a routine is a fun way to switch it up!

I  was CRAVING a smoothie today for my after workout fuel

 I decided to use one of my Sunwarrior Packets that I got from winning the smoothie contest  ;-)

I made a Cherry Chocolate Protein Smoothie  :mrgreen:

- 1 packet of sunwarrior chocolate protein powder

- 1 cup of almond milk

- 1 tbsp flaxseeds

- handful of dark red cherries ( frozen )

- ice

Topped with some Lovegrown Granola Cranberry Pecan

I *wish* I had the Cocoa Goodness Flavor , but none left  :cry:

Im off to do some packing, and maybe squeeeeeeeze in a nap  :-)

Love that smoothie combo. Frozen cherries are awesome in smoothies. It’s so great to have friends to work out with huh?! I don’t have any–yet, but my friends have been asking me to motivate them and help them work out. So I’m kind of excited about that!

sidekicks are a kickboxing move I love!

Cool workout Katie! My fit friends are my running shoes, my free weights, and my staircase (for running up and down, incline pushups and split squats!)

Great workout Katie, just wondered is it worth buying the purple circle block? Is it like a yoga block? I love buying all fitness stuff.

No! haha! U do not need to buy that! It came with a yoga dvd I had, I like to use it for a jumping over tool!

10 Lb dumbbells are my personal favorites!!! I cannot wait for Diva approved later,I love the learn of new products to try!!! Oh your smoothies looks good I make a similar one and love the Sunwarrior protein powder you suggested!!! The new flavor is out now and I think I will try it also !!!

I am out of frozen cherries. I love eating frozen cherries with coconut milk ice cream. It was one of my fave dessert in the summer.

Freestyle workout is the best, it feels so freeing doesn’t it? I love taking Zumba class because I can freestyle and shake my booty in the backroom.

Mmm your smoothie looks divine with the cherries, mmm! I have that sports bra and love it, too!

Your fit friends look very tough and reliable! :) Lately, my fit friends have been a yoga mat and a horse. But not at the same time, lol! I found a new yoga place, took a class there the other day, and I’m STILL sore from a hatha class, lurve it! :)

Isn’t it amazing how SORE you can get from yoga? I think a lot of people do not realize that! So glad you found a new yoga place, I got one picked out for when I move, my friend goes to one, and she is going to have me go with her to see if I like it!

YES! I love it, I am a zumba teacher ( soon to be teaching in the new year! ) and its really fun, as long as you get a great teacher! : ) Wish I could teach you!

It’s so cute that you warm up with dancing! I just save that for when I’m cleaning the house :)

I love that sports bra. I need to buy a new black bra (not really, but that’s what I’m telling myself!) and I think I might get that one – if you don’t mind me stealing your style!

why was i not sent the leftovers from your wedding cookie table…

haha anyways great fun workout! i love the dancing as a warmup :) maybe i should dance around the gym tomorrow morning and see who will join in with me haha. also i need to put frozen cherries on my grocery list! i bet they would be fab defrosted into oats too :) mmmm
