Quick Workout and { signs }

Good Morning! I just spent most of the morning getting back to your wonderful comments on yesterdays posts!

I always like to comment back to each and everyone of you, it makes me happy! Thank you for the comments, or else I would be a lost soul if I did not have them !

I woke up this morning, and decided to do a QUICK workout, and quick was the KEY word

Quick, Get your BOOTY up Workout 

- 40 Jumping Jacks

- 3 sets of bicep curls ( 20 reps ) 15 lbs

- 30 side kicks

- 3 sets of overhead presses with a medicine ball ( 15 reps ) 12 lbs

- 1 minute of mountain climbers with medicine ball

- 3 sets of hammer curls ( 20 reps ) 15 lbs

- 40 jumping jacks

- 3 sets of upright rows with resistance bands ( 15 reps )

- 30 sidekicks

- 3 sets of reverse lunges holding 8 lb dumbells ( 10 reps each leg )

AND DONE! Phew!

Pumpkin Overnight Oats for breakfast

1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1 tbsp chia seeds, stevia,  1 tbs almond butter, cinnamon

Topped with -

Sunwarrior Protein Frosting and Dried Cinnamon Apple Crisps

Coffee of course

I was thinking of something to write for fun today 

It came to my mind, something I used to do daily, read my horoscope!

I used to grab the newspaper and read it every day, usually it never seemed right, except for a couple times, I was like whoa 

I think its fun to read anyway, pure entertainment , I even have a horoscope app on my iphone , haha

I am a Aries, and the characteristics of my sign I can agree with most actually

Aries Strengths

- Independent
- Generous
- Optimistic
- Enthusiastic
- Courageous

All of these are SO true! I have to agree with each of them, spot on!

Aries Weankness

- Moody
- Short tempered
- Self-involved
- Impulsive
- Impatient

I agree with all except Impatient, I am definitely not that, patience is something I always had!

Mike would agree with moody, especially around pms time , lol 

And one other thing I thought showed I was a true ARIES was ….

What it’s like to be with  an Aries Woman

( obviously I am married, so men do not get wrong idea, lol )

Dating an Aries never lacks excitement. She is hot-blooded, and forceful, so you had better be able to handle the heat! The Aries woman is for the person who likes an independent self-driven woman who can fend for herself and is not clingy and needy. An Aries woman requires freedom. She will always encourage and give strength to her partner so an Aries woman is great to have in times of despair or need, she will always be there for you. In order to have this happy ending, she needs to feel appreciated and loved.

This is very true
