Strength and Forgotten Breakfast

Afternoon!

Thanks for all the awesome feedback on this mornings post!

It really means a lot when you guys comment back on topics I bring up, its great to hear different opinions and some stories to go along with them too.

I want to respond to all the comments, I just didn’t have time yet today yet, but will soon!

{ Workout Of the Day }

Quick, Sweaty, and at Home Workout fit the bill !

*Started with some stretching*

 - 40 side kicks

-   bicep curls with 15 lb dumbbells ( 20 reps )

- Sumo Squats with  12 lb Medicine ball ( 15 reps )

- 40 jumping jacks

- Hammer curls with 15 lb dumbbells ( 15 reps )

-  T- Roll Push Up  ( 15 reps )

- 40 side kicks

 * Repeat 3 times through *

{ Post Workout eat }

Protein Pizza with cherries  :-D

I made some protein frosting, mixed some dark red cherries in there, and sprinkled Trader Joe’s Chocolate, Coffee, and Sugar Grinder on top of it .

Great post workout treat  ;-)

I forgot to show you breakfast this morning too , shame on me !

Pumpkin Protein Dip with 34 degrees Crisp Crackers 

I combined -

* 1/2 cup pumpkin

* 1/2 scoop of protein powder

* 1 tbsp almond butter

Topped with carob chips and granola  :-D

I just had a snack ….

Luna Chocolate Chunk Bar with a Honey Crisp Apple

Its a small 5 or 6  meals kind of  day for me I think  :-D

I had a fun day at the Co-Op and got some great goodies!

I will share all that later and I had a fun little guy who went to the co-op with me….

My nephew Donato  :mrgreen:

My sister just picked him up from pre school, he dressed up for Columbus Day !

He is so cute! My sister , him, and I went to the Co-Op together today!

* Oh and this pic of Donato was taken right before he threw up, lol! He got sick in the car, so we had to make a detour back home before going! Poor little guy, we think he got carsick  ;-)

Guess who made protein frosting today? I finally made it! I had banana oats and topped it with pb protein frosting! :D Sooooo yummy

i don’t have any nieces or nephews! no one in my fam is having babies lol. all of my cousins are around my age but i think no one wants any! today is my rest day! i ran 2 miles yesterday outside so pretty! tomorrow i have kickboxing at 630am, a busy day at work and 5pm haircut! phew! will be sleeping soundly i’m sure :)

Your nephew is ADORABLE!!! I’m going to try and go for a workout today…just had a snack of Kalona vanilla 5% milkfat yogurt (it’s actually DELICIOUS) with a bartlett pear. Mmm.

Wicked workout! I was thinking about buying a medecine ball to workout with at home today, but wasn’t sure about the weight…I will go with what you use! :-) That is such a yummy flavour luna bar – I had one today too! <3 xyx

I’m an only child so no nieces or nephews for me. I only have 1 uncle too. We’re a very small family.

I have worked out until complete fatigue tonight.

Your different apple varieties have got me searching out some new ones! I haven’t seen a Honey Crisp anywhere but i did try a Pink Lady – was a nice change from the normal braeburn – very juicy & crisp! (which is how i like my apples). I also got some british varieties – cox (which were quite small) & Spartan (which was huge!) but they weren’t as crisp as the pink lady. I wish you could tell from the outside how an apple is going to be on the inside under the skin!

I think the ginger one sounded most interesting to me, but i’m pretty sure i’ve never seen anything like that. perhaps something to add to my list for my trip to wholefoods in london.

I did a four mile run, some lunges/squats, and some core work. But I wasn’t really into it :(

Your nephew is too cute. I’m so jealous. My brother is married but he and his wife haven’t had kids yet. I wanna be an aunt!!!

I got to take toga at the gym today since I had the day off :) It was lovely!
