3 { Tuesday }

Good Morning!

What makes a great start to the morning? A great breakfast of course. I eat breakfast every single day, its my favorite meal of the day and if I do not have it, you might not want to come near me! I would be crabby as hell!

Overnight Cherry Berry Protein Oats

1/2 cup oats, 1.5 cup flax milk, stevia, 1 cup of cherry berry blend fruit, 2 tbsp chia seeds, sunwarrior vanilla

I used a new milk in my oats, Good Karma Flax Milk. I was very excited when the company offered to send me some to try, as a girl who buys almond milk weekly and was intrigued by this!

I love that it has omega 3 and omega 6 healthy fats in it, and the taste is good too! I tried a little before pouring in my oats, and it was not a thick yuck taste, it was light and smooth! I also got the vanilla and unsweetened ones to try, so I will have to see which one I like best. And that took me a hour to do, so I am ending at 3 questions today, haha! I have my Insanity Fit Test to do today, so I have to chug caffeine and get fired up for it! Hoping I have improved from the first one!

I can’t remember the last time I didn’t eat breakfast. It’s essential :)

Hmm I had no idea they made flax milk- sounds interesting! I drink almond milk and I’ve currently been on the lookout for the new Almond Breeze Coconut milk. Have you tried that yet?

haha we’re like breakfast twins these days! i’m loving overnight oats with berries and chias! agreed breakfast is the best meal of the day! if i didn’t have breakfast iw ould eat whoever got in my way in the morning. i feel that way baout coffee too haha

3 words i love today? hmmm 52 degrees outside hahaha

Yay! So glad you did a survey today too, I love finding out more about people – and yes, isn’t it crazy how long they take to do haha?

I have never heard of flax milk but it sounds like a FAB idea. I’d be really interested in hearing what you think of the unsweetened one…! :)

I would have to say sushi, peanut butter and greek yogurt (frozen or not) would be my 3 favorite eats! I could eat sushi every night for dinner and be okay with it! ha

First, I <3 your blog!! My favorite posts are your product reviews, fashion and NAILS of course. I visit Pburgh alot for work now and was wondering what your favorite sushi places were!? Last week I went to Ichiban in Robinson. I was pretty impressed and I am a self proclaimed "sushi snob" from NYC metro.

Oh Ichiban is a good one! I also like Saga, Nakama in south side, Little tokyo, and in Mcmurray area there is Bean Curd and Benichopstiks! Let me know if you try one of the ones I mentioned and how you like it! <3
