Well, Im done with week 2 and let me tell you, it feels like I have been doing Insanity longer than that!
I do Insanity 6 days a week, my days off are Monday, and what glorious Monday’s those are!
How do I feel after 2 weeks so far?
Haha! Yup that is how I feel
Actually, I really am loving it and yes it is hardcore and challenging, but I feel so AWESOME after each day of completing a workout! Its a great feeling and although there were a couple times I wanted to stop halfway through a workout , I pushed through! Im a fighter, and I like a challenge so it is perfect for me!
Do I feel like Im getting stronger?
I do think I am! I think my arms have stayed the same, but I do think my legs and calves are stronger! I can tell, I never did measurements before Insanity, because I am not doing it to lose weight, Im doing it mainly for a challenge and a switch up from my normal workout routine.

Switch Kicks – 95 98
Power Jacks- 47 54
Power Knees – 70 87
Power Jumps- 32 30
Globe Jumps- 9 12
Suicide Jumps- 19 17
Push Up Jacks – 20 25
Low Plank Oblique – 59 64
So, I have Improved in most of the moves, 2 of them I was lower, BUT I have to admit the first fit test I was maybe not doing correct form on those Power Jumps and Suicide Jumps, and Im not the best at those either! My knees were killing me today. Hope I can improve on those two more on fit test 3!
So Insanity the past 2 weeks has been INSANE! I am insane sometimes too, so we mesh well!

I love that you reiterate the fact that you’re not trying to lose weight — just challenge yourself in different ways. That’s what working out is all about, right? Experimenting and finding what works for “us”. I’m glad you’re enjoying the process

I love reading about other blogger’s reviews of Insanity. I finished the program on January 1st and I am going through some serious withdrawal! I do rAndom workouts once or twice a week now. Your arms look awesome! My least favorite fit test move were definitely the power jumps. They wiped me out.

You’re ripped! Go girl! Have you upped your eats since doing Insanity or does it not really affect how hungry you’ve been? Whenever I do intense workouts, my belly grumbles more frequently.
Oh yes! I have found myself hungry every 3 hours, so I have been eating small meals every 3 hours, it for surely makes my metabolism on fire! Love it!

I noticed how you said that two of your test drills decreased, and I just wanted to tell you this happened with me, too. (I am going on my fourth week right now but haven’t stuck to it religiously.) The first time you do the moves they go so fast and some of them are new, so you kind of just go with it. The second time I feel like you actually know what you are doing so you work harder!

It really is crazy. I would say I do about 4 of the 6 workouts a week and then run or bike another day, and I am seeing mad results with how my body looks. Soon I’ll look like all those crazy fit girls on there … gggeeez they make me feel bad about myself!
NEVER feel bad about yourself! You are beautiful girl! You are healthy and fit! I will never have abs, but I do not care, just grateful I am healthy and can workout! Im so proud of you for rocking Insanity too! U go girl! <3
