Morning loves!
Last nights post had some great comments, thank you for approving my high dollar food shopping!
Its true though, spending money on good and healthy food can be so beneficial!!
Last night I had some of the best tea, I tend to drink tea at night and i found this new flavor to try.
Stash Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut tea
I saw this at the store yesterday, and how could it not be good?
I added stevia and some coconut milk creamer to my cup of tea, it was fabulous!
So when I was at Target yesterday I picked up a new kitchen gadget…
A Nordic Ware pancake popper pan !
I have seen the donut pans around in the blog land, and really do want one of those, but saw this and decided I think this would be a fun new way to eat pancakes
I decided to make pumpkin poppers!
I used a pumpkin spice mix I got from the co-op
Funny Story after Mike saw the new pan…
I call them pancake balls, soooooo as the boys were eating dinner last night, I showed Mike the pan I got. Big mistake! Mike then decided to say, oh your making balls, and was saying it to be funny, then Anthony spit his food out, and they were both cracking up and saying mom’s making balls
Yup , my husband is as mature as my almost 12 year old son
Lets see how good these turned out, meanwhile I just scarfed them down while blogging!
They turned out awesome! These were a fun new way to eat pancakes!
I am happy I bought that pan, I have so many more combos I want to do. I was thinking of other combos while eating them this morning, and I think tomorrow will be another popper morning!
I topped them with protein frosting, granola, and maple syrup.
Amazing and I can’t wait to make more tomorrow
I think I will make my immature boys some this weekend too, even though the whole time they are eating them, they will probably make jokes
Have a great day loves! Be back later

Haha – love that
In all fairness though, even I hate calling anything “balls”. I had to go to Home Depot yesterday to buy caulk and I avoided asking anyone where to find it.
Love that pancake popper pan! You should try baking the “balls” halfway and then squeeze some peanut butter or chocolate or anything yummy in the middle. Yum!
Yes filling them with something is what my plans are!!!!
Haha! Oh yes Caulk is another funny!
What! These look so awesome
What a great idea!
Mmmm chocolate tea! Have you ever had the indulgent teas from Republic of Tea? I tried their chocolate coconut tea at the Restaurant Show this year – amazing!!
As silly as your boys are, it’s great they have each other!
That tea looks delish, I love tea on cold nights. Happy Wednesday, gorgeous!
Yes! Im so lucky too, that I have them!!

I can’t blame Mike, the word “balls” always makes me giggle too

I need one of those pans I tried making pancake poppers in a muffin tin and I failed!
Yes, it was a little hard to flip them, but it worked!

So good too!
Who doesn’t love a good ball joke?
I had no idea what those would turn out like, but they look tasty as can be! Especially the flavor!
Yes, they were yum! Im going to make a new combo tomorrow!
Oh! What a fun breakfast idea. And of course you have to go with the pumpkin ones first. Gotta start off on a high note.
Yes, I mean , pumpkin everything right now ; )
hahha that’s hilarious!! Your balls look delicious tho!
hahaha!!
Haha! Why thank you for saying my balls are looking good, haha!
Those look sooooo good! I’ve always been intrigued by those pans, but never purchased them! Did you stuff them with anything? You should totally put some of your protein frosting in the middle… Have a great day!
I didn’t, I didn’t even think about fun ideas until after I used it right away! I do want to fill them with something, even fruit!!!
Haha – too funny.
They do look pretty tasty though. Good find!
Yes they were good!!! xo
OMG! I *JUST* posted on my FB page that I was enjoying a mug of that very tea!!! You’ve got some good taste, Katie! HAHA!
Haha! No YOU got the good taste! Hmmmm ok, we both do!!!!!! I posted it about it on my facebook page last night!
I totally have one of those pans. I used it twice. You’ve inspired me to try it again. Somehow my poppers did NOT look as nice as yours (as they never do with all your delicious food). Thanks for reminding me I had one of those. ha! Now if I could only remember where I put it……
Haha! Kristin, Im glad I could help you remember a forgot about kitchen gadget ; )
It was hard to flip them! But they turned out ok! xo
Haha laughing here about the balls!!! Too funny. I need a pancake popper, they look great.

I absolutely love that chocolate hazelnut tea but unfortunately I can’t find it ANYWHERE now.
Awwww : p it is great!
Oooh I have one of these pans but I’ve never used it! Now I’m inspired
And I am a huge tea drinker . . . need to find this one, yum!
I hope you bring it out! It is a fun little pan!
I love it! I always wanted an ebelskiver pan every time I would see the Williams Sonoma catalog. Mini things are just so much more fun to eat than regular stuff! lol.
