One Month ( Weeks 1-4 )
The first month was pretty low key, the baby did do some fun stuff though!
Baby G went to a Cirque Du Soleil show….
Baby G went to he/she’s first wedding!
Baby G celebrated halloween with mom, dad, and big brother!
One month not much to report! I was feeling good, found out I was pregnant, and was still trying to believe it was all real!
Symptoms this month – Sore as ever boobs! Oh and yikes they were growing!
Weight Gain – I didn’t weigh myself!
Cravings – Before I even knew I was pregnant, I was craving eggs with yolk! I ate them every day, but then when I found out I stopped since raw yolk no good when pregnant! No runny eggs, only cooked yolks, which I am not a fan of!
Mood- Happy! Whoa the next month changed mood wise, lol!
Best Moment of the Month – Finding out I was pregnant!
Maternity Clothes – Not yet!
Stretch Marks- Nope! I might get some on my booty like I did with my first pregnancy, but never anywhere else!
Sleep – Hell no! Oh when will that happen, never slept before I was pregnant!
Movement – Still too early!
Gender- Nope, will not know until 20 weeks! Boy or girl, healthy is all we want!
Labor Signs – No! Oh that word scares me, haha!
Belly Button In or Out – In! I took my belly ring out too, no more!
Wedding Rings On or Off- On!
Looking Forward To – Every day I look forward to, this is a beautiful and amazing experience I am blessed with again!
Fitness – I was doing my walks around the neighborhood, nothing else!
Baby G’s Growth in Month One…
( source )
Baby is only 1/4 inch by end of first month, smaller than a grain of rice! You can see the dark circles where eyes will form! Such a beautiful miracle it all really is!
You can read here on how we found out I was pregnant in case you missed it!
Next up is month 2! The month I really knew I was pregnant, hello morning sickness and acne!

awwww so fun!!
One month down and only 8 more to go! It will go by so fast and I love reading all of the progress along the way.
I am actually 4 months, hehe! I am posting past months, since I didn’t announce until month 3!
I didn’t even think about the fact that you’re not supposed to eat raw yolk when pregnant, that’s going to depress me when I get to that stage in my life!
Awww I love it!!!
Egg yolks (cooked) have been shown to be a large component to brain development throughout pregnancy! Just cook ‘em up and eat ‘em!
Yes! I use them in scrambles, but I loved my runny yolks, which are not good for pregnancy!
Looking forward to month 2′s updates!!!
Thank you! Have the post ready to go, soon!
How fun! I’ve been LOVING eggs with yolk too, and I eat them all the time. I just make sure the yolks are cooked all the way. Yum!
I know, but I liked the runny yolks! I don’t like cooked yolks!
I’m a little bit late with this but CONGRATULATIONS!
I’m so happy for you and your family. I can’t wait for more Baby G bump updates x
Oh thank you Joanne so much!!!! <3
So interesting to read all these news!! I haven’t been pregnant so far and i think I should hurry up, biological watch is ticking…so happy for you and thank you for letting us be part of that amazing experience!!
It will happen when the time is right! You are young, I know you are younger than me! Have to be!
Well, I am 34…but it’s totally ok for me, as you say, it will happen when the time is right! I am pretty relaxed about it and just very happy for all around me who get blessed with a little one – like you!!
Cute update, sounds like things are going good so far!
Thanks love! Yes they are!
Are you going to find out the gender? Yay for bigger boobs…not for the soreness!!!
Yes we are! First week of February!
Oh but the boobs did mot need to be bigger, haha!
I’m really jealous of Baby G now, I want to go to Cirque du Soleil! Totally with you on cooked yolks too. Unless they are unrecognizable in egg salad I’ll take a pass!
Yes, baby had some fun!
CONGRATS! Love this post
Thank you Courtney!!
YAY!!!!!!! Baby G will be here before you know it
Time will fly.
