How much peanut flour goes into the crispy balls, just discovered this website love it, what oatmeal do you have pictured?
Hi! So glad you stopped by! I believe I did 1/4 cup, and just add as much crispy cereal enough to form a mixture so you can roll into bowls!
Hi! I just discovered your site and I’m loving it. You’re an inspiration! After eating unhealthy all my life I’m trying to make big changes now at 22. I’m a more-often-than-not broke college student so it’s been a challenge so far, but I’m making it work, and I even hope to start my own blog soon
I do have a quick question. This semester, I have an astronomy class/lab on Thursdays that stretches in total from 11 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. with a 10-minute break in between. This is a huge issue for me! I’m used to eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, but this isn’t nearly enough time to eat a substantial lunch, go to the restroom, and get to my lab in time. Do you have any suggestions for some power-packed, healthy snacks that I could cram in a lunchbox and keep with me during the class to eat during that break period? Thanks so much

It depends on what your goals are, everyone is SO different when it comes to what to eat to lose weight. Some people do better on low carbs, some higher protein, and more. I really don’t know and I am not a nutritionist! I am sorry! My recipes are healthy though for sure!
Oh don’t be sorry!! As long as its all healthy you can’t go wrong, right?? I’m just trying to some things to make me feel better about me. You know. I’m almost to the point that I don’t even care if I loose weight, as long as I feel good. I started with quiting smoking. Loosing about 50 pounds would be awesome!! Lol.

Hey! I just stumbled upon your website and was wondering if all of your recipes had protein powder included in them or just some? I can’t really afford protein powder, so I’m looking to exclude that from my recipes.
I mean, if they use protein powder it will say in the ingredients, most do!
