As you guys know, I haven’t been doing any crazy exercise like insanity, tababta, or any jumping around, but I can still move my booty!
I do like to know HOW much I moved my booty too, especially now that I am expecting a little one on the way! I want to make sure I fuel enough for how much I burn and it’s fun to see the results from a workout!

The strap is pretty comfy, I had no issues with it, but worried as my bump grow I will! I did find this AWESOME new bra from lululemon that is specifically for HRM’s! This bra has a built in snap!
I am loving this HRM especially during pregnancy since I want to make sure I am staying in my targeted heart rate zone. Very important during pregnancy to stay in the safe zone and not go beyond it!
I took my heart rate monitor out for a spin on a good power walk around the neighborhood!

I am excited to use this again, with a weight session this time! I just downloaded a fit pregnancy app that has weight exercises fit for pregnancy and I am going to test out my polar with that too!
If you want an awesome fitness gadget, this is the one to get! New year is coming and you may have some new fitness goals, this could be an awesome tool to have!
