So much good in every day! Good can be a good deed, good news, a good workout, and more!
Here is some of my good from the day yesterday….
Good was meeting my BFF at Starbucks to discuss Baby G shower planning! We talked the major details like food, games, and such. I want my baby shower to be simple, no stress, and just a time to see family and friends before the baby gets here!
Workout yesterday was good, a long walk around the neighborhood since it was nice out. I took advantage of the only nice day of the week we are going to have here, spring come soon!
Good was lunch, oh how I love roasted turkey!
Roasted turkey, soy cheese, spinach, and spicy hummus on a flat out pretzel sandwich.
Good was my post workout snack, these quest cookie dough bars are AMAZING. Seriously, it tastes just like chocolate chip cookie dough, I am going to be ordering another box.
Dinner was good, leftover salmon for the win!

This morning is starting off GOOD with my chocolate banana dough boy smoothie in a bowl!
I used Kath’s dough boy recipe, I love making smoothies this way, They are thick and sooooooooo good!
1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, banana, pure matters chocolate pea protein, stevia, and 2 tsp chia seeds. Almond butter and love grown cocoa goodness granola on top.
The almond butter sunk in, haha!
I am ready to start this GOOD day!
Lots of grocery shopping to be done, more shower planning, and dinner tonight with a friend!

Gah! I’m dying to try the chocolate chip Quest bar!! I got my Ellie shipment and was pleased. Yay!

I have been dying to try cookie dough! I just need to order it because I haven’t found them in store! Right now my fave is the brownie and pb supreme! I also just ordered the about time protein (assorted flavs) so I can try that bday cake you talked about the other day! You have a terrific tuesday babe!!
YUMM!!! I haven’t tried that Quest flavor yet, so far I love almost all the Questbars! And all the rest of your food looks so good!! Babyshower planning must be exciting. Good on yesterday is that I got to see my man, won’t see him for more that a week, eep!!

Oh My Gosh! After seeing the up close picture of the Quest bar, I need to get some like now! It looks so delicious! Where can you buy them at? Your baby shower is going to be marvelous, for sure! Can’t wait to see pictures and see all the fun things you get!
Yesterday was great because I was SO productive! I love trying to start my week on a productive note, and yesterday I did! Had a great workout, did some cleaning and laundry, and finished my taxes!
I’ve never tried a Quest Bar but chocolate chip cookie dough sounds really good!!
Good was having extra snuggle and talking time with my daughter before bed last night and the gym calling my name right now:-)
I’ve never tried the quest bars, but I’ve been seeing them popping up all over. They look really good. I like the idea of their healthy peanut butter cup since I am huge peanut butter lover.
Haven’t tried the Quest cookie dough yet, but put that on my “to try” list after seeing your Instagram the other day. Lots of good today….my husband left for Arizona at 6:30 this morning for work (we live in Cleveland). I will be visiting where he’s at in a short 5 days! And even though I won’t be seeing much of him, if not at all (life of a baseball wife), I’m looking forward to visiting the desert again! (And über excited about the Pure Barre session I have scheduled while I’m out there!)

Love all of these simple pleasures! Life is pretty darned good when we take the time to appreciate all the little things, like delicious meals and fun clothes. A good in my day yesterday was having lunch with my mom, and a good in my day today miiiiiight just be a version of that cookie dough smoothie. It’s been a while since I’ve had one, and I need to rekindle that love affair.

I love thick smoothies and those Quest bars are to die for! I need to order more today. I ordered the same pants in grey from Ellie. Hoping they are long enough for my amazon legs though! Ha!

I always try to enjoy the small things (I get excited when I see a beautiful sunrise when waking my pups, Love when my niece notices the moon, when my husband and me stay in, chill, have a nice dinner and watch a movie on a Friday night…..)

wow, that smoothie bowl looks delicious. I just want to slurp it all down! haha. Well, anything in chocolate looks good to me. lol. The good in my yesterday was seeing that my grandmother had more energy than the day before and she was eating.
Little things like that are superb in my book.

That smoothie looks so good! I was just thinking this morning that a smoothie with oats would be great when it starts getting warmer and regular oatmeal is a bit too warming!
The cookie dough Quest bar has seriously been daunting me since the day it was released! I usually just buy my Quest bars at GNC (to avoid ordering a box & paying for shipping) but, since they don’t carry this flavor yet, I might have to breakdown and order them!
