…therapy really is what you need and you can be humble enough to say you need it (my therapist tells me the healthiest people are in therapy, maybe just so I’ll keep coming back;-)

Sometimes… You just need to go home. Booked my flight from the UK (where I’ve been for 2 months) to go back to my mum and dad in Australia. P.s., I NEED that lip balm in my life! I really hope it comes to Australia soon!

The thought of my birthday on Friday makes me SOOO HAPPY!! This is so different from my 30th birthday last year. I wasn’t so happy & so I celebrated but not anything like this time. I’m SOOO EXCITED about turning 31 on Friday & sometimes(well maybe ALL the time) I thank God & friends & family for sharing it with me… that includes YOU! :-D

Awe, I love this post. I love that you are keeping a 9 month journal for the little one, I think that will be so special. I had a stuffed sweet potato for dinner last night too. Coconut butter + sweet potatoes are amazing.

……when the unexpected happens (car started died while at the gas station last night, on our way to dinner) it doesnt have to ruin your day/mood, just laugh it off!

…..you just NEED a girls weekend to be giggly, silly and make fun memories!
