Good morning loves! Happy Thursday!

Im feeling a little better thanks to my bff Theraflu   icon wink Bake { 3 } Move { 3 }

Im hoping I caught this bad cold and sore throat early, and it will dwindle away!

Cereal for breakfast, even though it was hard to even taste with my throat being yucky.

Trader Joe’s O’s, Kamut Puffs, PB2 Powder, Berry Blend, and almond milk

 How about some baking and some moves to do in between baking?

3 desserts I have been eyeing, 2 of them I will be making for Christmas Eve…

7 layer bars by brown eyed baker, my sons absolute favorite! I think these are going to be one of the 2!

3 exercise moves I can do while baking….

Squats, good for the booty!

Lunges Forward Bake { 3 } Move { 3 }

Lunges, another great lower body move!

plank22 Bake { 3 } Move { 3 }

Plank, full body move that is hardcore!

You have to make the Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Truffles! We made a big batch last night and they are amazing. I used Barbara’s Brown Rice Crisps. Feel better soon girl!!

Sooo true! I love taking a rolling pin and rolling it over my upper thighs. It relieves so much IT band tension. :-)

I love that you exercise while baking haha. Those treats look so amazing. I ordered special cupcakes for my family from that show DC Cupcakes and I’m making fruit salad. My grandma passed away in March and she always made the best fruit salad, so my aunt asked me to try and re-create it. I hope it comes out good.

i love a good plank! we had a little contest monday in a circuit class to see who could keep going the longest.

The instructor called it a day at 2 mins 30 seconds because the 3 of us that were left were quite competitive & the rest of the class was enjoying the break/rest too much :)
