I love finding new workouts to do, especially since I get in a funk and need to switch it up!
I am pretty excited to try this Physique 57 DVD….
I am sure its going to be intense and will be a great body burner!
Going to try it and of course let you guys know how it is, and maybe its something you will want to try!
I loved the class I tok when I was in NYC, so I know I will love this dvd!
At least now when my legs and abs are burning, I can make that stupid “help me” face in the privacy of my own home, haha!

I love barre 3 and heard that Physique 57 is somewhat similar. Can’t wait to hear all about it! Maybe I’ll give it a try!
Ooh awesome will you share what you thought of the DVD when you try it? If it’s worth it I’ll invest but if it’s the same thing over and over I get bored too fast
I love it. I have all the dvds and they’re my absolute favorites. I’ve never been to a class!
They are great! Volume 2 is my favorite — I have all 6 DVDs. The express and butt/thigh shorter workouts are great too! I actually got a ballet barre (finally) for Xmas since I do them at home so much! Enjoy!

I’d love to hear how the dvd is. I’ve done a few “related” classes like the Barr Method and Core Fusion and loved them. Do you need to have a bar at home to do the dvd?
I ahve that DVD and love it for a great workout at home.

I have the 30min arm and ab booster dvd, and I love it! a great strength supplement for days when I do shorter runs. I would get the other DVDs but I tend to get bored with videos after more than 30 minutes.
