So last night I did a post with a peak into my makeup bag, glad you guys enjoyed it!
Today I am going to share what was in my Trader Joe’s bag yesterday, oh I love that place! I seriously save SO much money on produce there, so grateful to have one close to me.
This weeks buys….
Parmesan, Garlic, and Herb Pita Chips!
Mike has been obsessed with these lately. I told him he needs to dip them in hummus, but he is scared of hummus. Silly guy, doesn’t know what he is missing!

Seaweed Salad!
My first time buying this and I am hoping its yummy! I think I am going to have it tonight on the side with some salmon!

Trader Joe’s O’s!
I love this cereal! I love mixing it in with chobani for crunch too!

Superfood Pilaf with quinoa, sweet potatoes, and carrots!
This was the LAST bag of this and it was a little smashed as you can see, haha! I couldn’t pass it up, sounds awesome!

Lemons!
Always need my lemons for my water in the morning!

Chunky Guacamole!
Yay it is back in stock! Last time I went it was sold out, sadly roasted turkey was sold out this week! BUMMER!

Mushrooms!
I love to cook these up with garlic to have on the side of a meal or I even eat them raw dipped in hummus!

Garlic Salt!
I was out of garlic seasoning and found this at TJ’s! Sweeeeeeet! I am so excited that I did, will be good with my mushrooms and other stuff too!

Very Cherry Berry Blend!
My favorite frozen fruit blend ever! If you have never got this, you need to try!

Grilled Chicken Strips!
These will be perfect and easy to heat up for a salad or in a wrap!

Stir Fry Veggies!
A great veggie mix to have when you are making a stir fry! We usually have a stir fry every week over here.

Pork Loin Roast!
This is really good! We had this once long ago and I decided to buy it again! I like it plain but the boys tend to add some barbeque sauce to it for extra flavor.

Pocket-Ful of Fiber Pita Pockets!
My favorite pita pockets in the world! You can make a pita stuffed sandwich with it or make a pizza with it too!

Plums!
Baby G was craving some plums, so mama got some plums! YUM!

Tomato and Basil Hummus and Chipotle Pepper Hummus!
2 of the best hummus dips at TJ’s hands down! LOVE!

Fuji Apples!
I eat an apple every single day!

Clif Mojo Mountain Trail Mix Bars!
Our favorite over here, never not in the pantry! We love them

So those are the goods I got, I also got some stuff at the regular grocery store too! I always shop at both places, better deals at TJ’s on certain things.
Well Happy Wednesday friends!
Today is a BIG day over here, check out the Newest Diva Bump Post I posted this morning!
See you tomorrow, I will not be back tonight!

Thanks for sharing! Poor Mike needs to try hummus! It’s so good and he is missing out!
Great choices Katie! That berry cherry blend is my all time favorite. Happy Wednesday!
My boyfriend had the same fear of hummus like your husband did haha. I don’t know what is with men and hummus?!? It’s SO good.
More for US!!! Hehe!
That superfood pilaf sounds good! I need to look for that next time I’m at TJ. I eat a banana every single day.
Yes, you need to! It was the last one left at mine! Hoping its good!
papaya’s! and banana’s! i could eat them endlessly. also i reccomend using applecider vinegar, some stevia, some soysauce and some olive oil mixed to dress the salad with! to make it super amazing why not add in a dash of sesame seeds too?
Oh that sounds awesome! Thanks!!!!
I could (and do) eat a banana daily. Definitely my favourite fruit! Although once we get to berry season (June) I eat strawberries or blueberries by the bucket. So.good.
Oh I always have frozen berries, I just love them! And really, Mike needs to try Hummus. It’s so good.
Favorite fruit: Blueberries, Strawberries, Melons.
I LOVE the very cherry berry blend! When I used to live near TJ’s, I would eat that and yogurt for breakfast every.single.morning. Mike is scared of hummus? More for you!
I could eat bananas every single day! I feel incomplete without it! This post makes me want to make a trader Joe’s trip today!
I hope you get a TJ trip in today
Gosh I sure love TJ’s! What would we do without it? I haven’t had a plum all Winter, might need to change that. I usually eat some of TJ’s “Fancy Frozen Berry Medley” everyday in some form or another. Happy Wednesday!
Yes, love it there so much!
Hope your Wednesday was great!
I’m so sad we don’t have a Trader Joe’s near us! Everything you got looks so good! The fruit I can eat everyday is grapes (of any kind!). I love to put them in the freezer
I wish you did! I wish I was rich so I could send you some goodies!
I put grapes in the freezer too! Best way to eat them!
I eat apples every single day too! You know what they say! I haven’t been to TJ’s in awhile and I need to get my bootie in there. Let us know how the seaweed salad is….I’d like to give that a try and the chunky guacomole is the BOMB!
I don’t think I’ve ever met a TJ’s product I didn’t like! It’s the best of the best
.
Me either
I mixed some of the cherry berry blend into my oatmeal pancake this morning! LOVE that blend.
have done that before too!
I am anxious to hear what you think about that seaweed salad because I thought it was disgusting, the texture and taste were off for me. I hope you have a better experience though! The tomato basil hummus is my favorite.
yaaaay, I love this because I always go to TJ’s on Thursday nights (it’s right next to this little theater me and the boy like to go to every thurs) , so now I have ideas of what to get
.
Glad you loved this post! Hope you got lots of good stuff!!!
I wish we had a TJ by us!
An apple a day keeps the doctor away?
I haven’t been able to get enough fruits lately, which is crazy considering it’s the middle of winter and I should probably be craving something warmer, but bananas, frozen blueberries, and watermelon have been making daily appearances for months.
Happy Wednesday, girlie!
I could (and do) eat an orange every single day. I love them!
I have never seen that seaweed salad at TJ’s before . . . interesting!!
I could not live without apples or oranges in my life! I would have to probably go with Apples because you can eat them on the run, and don’t require all the peeling like oranges do (am I the only one who can’t stand to peel oranges?!).
Jealous of your hummus purchases!! I have been to TJ twice in two weeks and they haven’t had any! Or, maybe they moved it from the last time I was there and I have been missing it! Love their hummus, and love your grocery bag! Makes me want to stop there again soon!
No hummus?! What is wrong with them over there!!! I hope they get it back!
Oh my gosh I am ALL over that garlic salt! Nate loves it and so do I, but I hate buying the lawrey’s kind because it has SO much crap in it! I am going to Omaha this weekend and am SO excited to spend my whole paycheck at TJ’s!! haha!! So excited to hear your gender reveal tomorrow. I can’t wait!!!
YAY!!! I know you are going to get lots of great stuff!!! You will have to post on instagram! <3
I could, and pretty much do, eat a banana every single day!
I have been eating an apple everyday! With nut butter of course, but I could eat it without. As long as it’s cold and crisp.
I love that chipotle hummus and I need those pita chips in my life:-)
LOVE these kind of posts, sometimes i wish i lived in the USA!
Glad you enjoy them! You need to come visit !
TJs is seriously the best place ever! I could eat strawberries every single day!
I just got a BIG bag of organic apples on sale at my local grocery store. Score! I could definitely eat those every day.
I lurrrrrrrrrrrrrve TJ’s too. I don’t do all my shopping there, but get a good chunk of unique items and staples!
Can’t wait to hear!! Baby G!!
Blueberries! My fav haha…and that very cherry blend is one of my tjs loves too…so good in plain greek yogurt with some cereal
LOVE the Tomato Basil Hummus…never tried their Guacamole, but the Guacamole HUMMUS is delicious.
To be honest, I don’t think I’ve met a TJ’s hummus I haven’t liked.
They were out of my favorite almond milk AND celery (wait, can you have favorite celery? I just meant they were out of celery…) last night. Luckily, I will probably ‘need’ to go back very soon…
Curious about the seaweed salad! They are doing lots of Asian lately. I wanted to try the rice cracker snacks they have had at checkout, but I’m too noncommital.
Those are my favorite type of Mojo bars too. Haven’t had them in forever.
Can’t wait to see what you make with all of those ingredients. I bet whatever it is, it will be Delicious!
I so wish we had a TJ’s near by. I always go when we’re in Cali.
TJ’s is great! We just got ours here in 2012! We are getting a Whole Foods in 2015! I am stoked about that, slowly we are getting stuff, lol.
That Superfood Pilaf looks amazing! Haven’t tried it before but will have to add it to my list for next week!
Mmm… the garlic salt and the seaweed salad would be my go-to products in that grocery haul. I ssoooooooooo wish we had TJ’s up here!!
I could most fruits every single day but I guess it depends what’s in season as that’s when they’re at they’re best…loving conference and blush pears at the moment – with soy yoghurt and cinnamon with SunButter…amazing combo! I could definitely eat bananas and blueberries every day (and cherries if they were available and as awesome as they are in the summer!)
Love TJ”s! Haven’t been there as often lately. Is that seaweed salad frozen or fresh?
Truthfully, if I could one eat one food for the rest of my life it would just be any and all fruit. And if it’d be healthy to just eat fruit I would! I have yet to find a fruit I don’t like. So good.
I actually could do that too! I love fruit sooooooo much!
Dang, you just reminded me I have that seaweed salad in my pantry. Apples!!!
Yes Yes! Now, I am hoping this seaweed salad is good, we will see
I never see the pocketful of fiber pita pockets!
Boo! I get them all the time, a big favorite!
Definitely report back on how that seaweed salad is!
My one-fruit pick would be cherries.
Those pita chips sound SO good, as does the chunky guacamole. I love when guacamole has actual chunks of avocado and tomato. Yum!
Clif Mojo bars are the best! I love the peanut butter pretzel one and the white chocolate macadamia flavor!
I love TJs and wish I lived closer to one! I eat a banana in some shape or form every day (strangely I used to despise bananas growing up!)
Love TJ’s pita chips – so dang addictive:) That grinder looks like a basic way to season – garlic, onion, parsley, sea salt – all rolled into one! There is just something about a grinder that just makes me feel like a pro in the kitchen – ha! I need some different ideas for fruits for my smoothies – going to have to check the cherry blend out. Wow what a haul of great goodies – Happy Thursday!!!
It’s no secret that I love TJ’s too
You have to come down to DC sometime so we can go together! That hummus + mushrooms + a sprinkle of parm makes for a tasty pasta dish!
