by Healthy Diva on January 18, 2012

Its fun to do the Trader Joe’s weekly post with things I bought there of the week! Some things I buy every single week, but I do find some new stuff too. I will try to only post the new stuff,  but I will also post repeats, my faves!

Red Chile and Garlic Edamame

We love edamame, and once in Florida we had a spicy edamame at a sushi place and loved it. I saw this and knew mike would like it, so Im hoping it is good!

Frozen fruit is so much cheaper at trader joe’s than anywhere else, at least thats how it is around here. I always get the cherry berry blend but got just some strawberry loving this time.

Eat it right out of the container, with crackers, or in a wrap, and love!

What is in your grocery bag this week or trader joe’s bag if you went there?

Have a great night friends, I will be back tomorrow. Today has been a long day and lots going on, so I am not on my typical schedule, so please understand and I love all of you!

$0.99 for Clif bars is amazing – they’re at least $1.99 everywhere I’ve been! I love grocery shopping, and also checking out others’ groceries!

Have a good relaxy night :)

I love grocery shopping… and it’s because of Trader Joes! =)

Love the quote at the end, too. There have been a lot of what-ifs happening in my life. I, too, get very caught up in figuring out the whys. I need to remember to just let things happen and play their course.

Hope you are having a wonderful day today love!

This is a random question, but how much did you pay for the ground turkey?

Katie–we’re twins!! I went to TJ’s yesterday and got that same big box of grape tomatoes–I’m addicted to those–they taste like grapes or cherries!! I used to eat like 2-5 boxes a day–but had to cut back because my skin turned bright orange!! I also got the egg-white salad–that’s great.
You know–another great find at TJ’s that I love that you should try is the Mache lettuce salad mix. Mache is amazing! It is a soft, leafy lettuce and has a nutty flavor to it!
I also got sweet red peppers and eggplant. Hope your day is going well!!–and I hope Anthony is feeling better!!

I love TJ’s too! I’m packing to head back to NYC for the second semester and I stocked up on some of my favorite goodies so I’m all set to go on Monday! Nut butters, of course ;) some of my favorite cereals by Nature’s Path, chia seeds, and tea galore!

Trader Joe’s has the best prices on salad mixes, frozen fruits and vegetables and hummus. I don’t get there very often, but when I do, that’s what I stock up on! Oh, and the Clif and Luna bars. Another fave of mine at TJ’s is the Spicy Chai Latte mix…I’m pretty sure I have 3 or 4 canisters right now :)

Trader Joes is amazing. Plain and simple.
I am hopelessly addicted to their grape tomatoes and eggplant hummus. I buy them every week, without fail! And I love how cheap all of their Clif, Luna, and Clif Mojo bars are. How can you beat 99 cents??
You’re going to love the soycutash! I use it for so many different things. It’s really yummy if you mix it in with stir fried veggies. (:
