I’m proud of myself for sticking to my current training program for a 10K in June. Even though I live in snowy Wisconsin, and the temps got to -50, I still made it to the gym- and even ran some days outside this past week when it was +50! Let’s hope I continue! :)

I am proud of myself for doing yoga every morning when my baby goes down for a nap. I do a short 15 minute practice, but because it’s only 15 minutes I’ve been able to commit to doing it everyday, especially with really unpredictable baby naps. I feel strong, flexible and relaxed after every practice!

I am proud of myself for getting back in the gym! I had lost 25lbs last year, from eating clean and working out. I was so proud of myself. However, I loved at the end of last year, and it threw everything off. I ended up gaining 15lbs back.

I am back in the gym though….and hoping I can stick with it! So far, so good!

I’m proud of myself for sticking with my resolution of working out this year! I have a goal to lose 10lbs and so far I’ve lost 6lbs and 13 inches!!! It’s been amazing. I was just telling my husband last night that I’m really enjoying working out- it’s something I didn’t like at first, but I do now. I have to say following you on Instagram has been an inspiration to me! Seeing you continue to be healthy, work out, and eat right despite having a baby, an older son and hubby is awesome. I know, as a wife and mom to 3 kids, how hard that can be at times! You rock!:-)
