Celebrate St.Patrick’s Day with The Better Chip!

Tomorrow is St.Patrick’s Day! What do you think of when you think of St.Patrick’s Day?

For me, I think green, mint, and a bunch of drunk irish men! Haha!

But really, it’s all about the green everything!

Well I got a treat for you!

How about some green and yummy chips to celebrate with?

Better chips are just that, and these spinach and kale chips are perfect for St. Patrick’s day snacking!



Of course these would be perfect just eaten right out of the bag, but I decided to make a yummy dip to go with them.

A green dip of course, and one that was extra delicious!

Now onto that dip!

Guacamole Lime Greek Yogurt Dip



These two seasonings made it amazing.

Sea salt and Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning!


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt ( I used plain chobani )
  • 1 avocado
  • chopped tomato
  • sea salt
  • mrs.dash fiesta lime seasoning

Mash fresh avocado in a bowl, then mix in greek yogurt, tomato, and about a tsp of sea salt and fiesta lime seasoning. You could add more seasoning too, just taste to your preference!



Was the perfect pair with the chips, and I kind of never wanted to stop snacking on this combo. So easy to make, and those chips are addicting!

    Yes I have while I was on Vacation & loved them!! Favorite green foods– AVOCADO (the best), broccoli, brussel sprouts, mint, kiwi & green apples :)
