MIMM #95 On the Move, Yoga Filled, and Heart Opening Weekend

And weekend 4 of yoga teacher training is done! I honestly feel like chopped liver today, kind of wish I was getting a deep tissue massage right now. My body is feeling awesome, but exhausted at the same time. I am feeling “blissed” for sure. The weekend was fulfilling, reflecting, and intriguing.

Intriguing was learning about the 7 chakras, something I am SO DAMN excited to dive in and read about all day and night. I am so interested, intrigued, and inspired by the chakras. I really can’t wait to share more about them on here, because I think they are pretty damn awesome. I already ordered a book on them, and am going to dive into the amazing world of chakras.

Anyways, enough about that, since it is a MONDAY. Which means it is….

On the move is a good way to describe Rocco. He never stops moving, and even dressing him is hard these days. Saturday morning getting changed ended up in a photo shoot instead, since he crawled away. He is getting so big!

Seriously, how damn adorable can he be? I think he might get cuter by the day

Post yoga eat on a Saturday night after training all day, perfect ending to the day.

Heart chakra affirmation that I found and LOVE.

As I have said before, on yoga training weekends I don’t have too much to share from my weekend. I always find something marvelous though in each day, no matter what.

Always see the good, ya know?

But I do want to say, favorite part of the weekend was learning the chakras. Yoga teacher training is a journey I am so happy I am taking, and I feel so grateful to be on this journey.

Have a wonderful day and week ahead! Good vibes all damn day

p.s. don’t ever forget how awesome, beautiful, and strong YOU are!

I can relate to the “dressing on the go” phase. We are experiencing that now. So glad you had an amazing weekend of training and can’t wait to read more posts on what you are passionate about : )

You seem to be balancing things just fine although I’m sure it’s hard. Your blog is awesome, your family loves you and you are getting to have some “me” time and focus on a passion of yours. I think you’re doing great!

Hey, this is my first time linking up. Your baby is so adorable. I am so ready to have kids. I love your collection of snacks as well. I am bad about not keeping a lot of snacks around. I have really been thinking about trying yoga. They have some yoga tapes that are directed more to larger people. I think I will check it out.

Chakras are AWESOME! I’m doing a 7 week series on them starting in May and can’t wait to learn more about how each of them works, and how they all work together to create balance and peace. I’m so happy you’re doing this training–the exhausted but opened up and blissed out feeling is so familiar :)

LOVE Rocco’s photo shoot — he is TOO stinkin’ cute! Love you!
