Two Word Tuesday

by Healthy Diva on March 25, 2014

Happy Tuesday friends! Hope your week got off to a great start yesterday! MIMM made my week start extra fabulous, thanks to all who linked up! Seriously, the support for MIMM makes me so happy, and grateful I started it up. I am so glad you guys look forward to it every week too!

Thanks for the get well wishes for little man too, hopefully this cold will slowly dwindle away. We are doing everything the doctor told us, so we shall see!

Since yesterday was just lots of love and snuggles, I didn’t do much else until baby went to sleep at night and I got to a yoga class. Ahhhh, can I tell you how good that felt? Always zen, stress free, and peace on the mat.

Well, two word Tuesday is happening today. Some pics from yesterday, and two words to describe. Weeeeee!

Strawberry Face…

Holy crack…

Great mantra…

Chip yummmmm…

Mat happy…

Just brilliant…

Movie fave…

So grateful…

Sick sweetness…

Shirt love

Have a wonderful day friends!

Katie xo

What 2 words do you love today? Or two words that describe your week so far?

I have to say too, I am grateful that I can put out positivity and happiness in the world to help someone who might need that inspiration. Not everyone is going to love the whole happy vibe, my positivity, or my blog. But who cares, I do what I LOVE, and that is what we all should do.

We all have shitty days, tough times, and not perfect lives. Some people choose to live negative, and I am a person who chooses to be positive daily, no matter what bad may come. Positivity has always got me through, and I would like to say it is a gift I have, to always just see the light and happiness. Anyways, just want to say I am grateful to have this blog as a bigger way to spread happiness and positivity out there:mrgreen:

6 Kanoelani March 25, 2014 at 8:19 am

My two words for this week are: be grateful! We had a little going away party for a friend who’s moving yesterday & was do ugh for him but u forget how much ppl both friends & family mean to you & some times we take them for granted. These kind of things remind me to be grateful for everything & everyone in my life even my struggles :-). Love you!! :-)

7 Katie @ Talk Less, Say More March 25, 2014 at 8:42 am

You are so positive, I love it! My two words for today are “In Tune” – as in staying in tune with my body and mind and giving myself what I need today – pushing back my run until tomorrow and instead going for yoga or cross-training today.

8 Kim March 25, 2014 at 8:52 am

My two words are “present moment”. I’m always thinking about my to do list and am trying to stay focused on the task at hand.

Positivity is so important. If people don’t like it (which baffles me!) than let them go elsewhere! Keep being you!

9 Rachel March 25, 2014 at 9:12 am

I really look forward to all of your blog entries, posts, and instagram pics… love it all! My two words for today are ‘be here’…sounds so simple, but every day I realize how quick my boy is growing up (he’s 3 now)—sometimes I get myself so caught up in doing this, this, and this…I need to just be here,be in the now…enjoying all of the craziness and mess that surrounds me,I honestly love every minute :) XOXO and big hugs to sweet Rocco,I hope he feels better so soon!

10 Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) March 25, 2014 at 9:26 am

I hope Rocco is feeling better today. I love your thoughts on thinking positively. It’s so easy to go down the negative route or get pulled into it. Choosing to see the happier side is always the better option. Bring those around you up…don’t let them drag you down. xoxox

11 Erin @ Girl Gone Veggie March 25, 2014 at 9:31 am

Omg his strawberry face is the cutest!!

12 Dyanna March 25, 2014 at 9:37 am

So far it looks like my two words for the week are going to be “MORE WINE.” I hope Rocco is doing better poor lil bit. Strawberry face is precious!! Coyote Ugly—LOVE IT! Love your blog, as you know, you always seem to know when I need to hear a positive thought or two. Love ya Katie!!

13 Tara March 25, 2014 at 9:48 am

I love the B Positive project!
My two words would be ‘stay positive’!
You amaze me at how you are always positive. I seem to let the smallest things totally change my outlook to negative (and get so frustrated that I do!) I have no reason to be stressed or negative. I have a great life, great husband and need to learn to be stronger about not letting the negativity in so easily.

14 eishas March 25, 2014 at 10:12 am

I <3 you Katie! Your blogs always inspire me and Just a few days ago I was feeling really down and reading your post made me made me appreciate my life and who/what are important. It may not happen in the moment, but I reflect on it and I feel postitive! I just don't know if it's your words of positivity or Rocco's cute chubby faces! ;0

Ugh Rocco’s puckered strawberry lips! Too cute :) My two words for today are Must Run. This has been a bit of a long week {it’s only Tuesday?!} and I’m looking forward to getting my endorphins in tonight with a run!

18 Healthy Diva March 25, 2014 at 11:51 am

21 Healthy Diva March 25, 2014 at 11:51 am

I am putting good karma out to you! Praying something comes soon. Always stay positive and hopeful! <3

22 Stephanie March 25, 2014 at 11:35 am

I am trying so hard to stay positive. Sometimes you just have to stay away from people that are negative all the time.

23 Ang @ Nutty for Life March 25, 2014 at 12:02 pm

You ARE awesome! Honestly, this space is always a positive part of my day. Thinking of little strawberry face there, hope he feels better soon. Two words for me today: feeling hopeful.

24 Anonymous March 25, 2014 at 12:25 pm

2 words: no strawberries. Babies shouldn’t have them (or honey) until they are 1.

25 Healthy Diva March 26, 2014 at 7:06 am

Thank you for that! I never heard it was a no, appreciate you linking this!

26 Lauren @ LoveChocolateLife March 25, 2014 at 12:32 pm

27 AKM March 25, 2014 at 2:43 pm

“New cat”! My old baby passed away on the first and I couldn’t even make it through the month without giving a new one a home. A home with a cat in it makes me happier! Love seeing your little man, too.

28 Ellie@Fit for the soul March 25, 2014 at 6:08 pm

Clearly people feel encouraged and blessed by your bright attitude, Katie! Keep it up bc it brings a smile to my face too. :D And 2 words for me: SUPER RELAXED.
Well, now it’s back to lots of the daily routine but yesterday Greg and I celebrated our 2 years of marriage, already!!!!! YIKES. And so we spent the night in Santa Monica (can’t go too far, teehee) and had his parents watch Selah. It was such a treat and it felt awesome to be CAREFREE, hah!

29 Healthy Diva March 26, 2014 at 7:05 am

Thank you Ellie!

HOW NICE! Ahhhh, I bet it was so amazing! Mike and I can’t wait to have a night with just us overnight one day soon! You both deserved it, and glad you got to do that! Happy 2 year wedding anniversary! Will be three for us in June, yikes! Time flies!

30 sarahf March 25, 2014 at 7:24 pm

Your positivity makes your blog such a great read, it cheers me up every time (OK, the Rocco pictures help with that too!)! My two words this week: I can. I start my new job later this week, and I need to keep my own positivity and confidence, and keep reminding myself that I can do it!

31 Healthy Diva March 26, 2014 at 7:02 am

Thank YOU! I appreciate that :)

I am wishing you the best of luck and congrats on your new job! You will do great, so no worry! <3

32 sarahf March 27, 2014 at 8:07 pm

Thank you! Yesterday was my first day, and everyone seems so nice, I don’t have to worry about asking a million questions! So nice of you to reply, I know you’ve got your hands full, thank you!

34 Healthy Diva March 26, 2014 at 6:58 am

You made my day, seriously. Kindness is everything, and I am grateful for kind people like you!

Yes, keep calm! Maybe some yoga to help? <3

35 Pua March 26, 2014 at 2:35 am

I <3 your posts. You are always so positive and never let the hate get to you. You definitely make me feel better about my day! My two words: Family Time. I spent some quality time with my parents while my poor hubby was sick at home. It was nice to have that extra time with them today!

36 Healthy Diva March 26, 2014 at 6:57 am

Thank you love! How are you feeling? I hope great!

Hope hubby is better, and glad you got to see your parents!
